I wish that the narration would pause to allow the thought process to be focused in the instructed task. It is hard to do when the talking is constant.
I started doing this for 3days…and yesterday something amazing happened it’s really a miracle…until now I can’t believe it..through prayers and this meditation….miracles do come true. Thanks to you too mary kate.

Started listening…not really listening, just walking around w earbuds, stopped at the window and was repeating affirmations watching a squirrel… When out of nowhere! I was in such a state of receiving, I was listening to your most recent pick a photo playlist and I was sooo drawn to listening to this meditation you suggested, I listened twice because it felt so good. I really felt it and believed it and pretty huge miracles happened yesterday! This is something I have been laying a foundation for a while but man this meditation definitely put me over the top at the exact perfect timing and things have started to flood in!
