That thing there were a cable guide for rack mounted servers, so that you can slide the server (on rails) out without risking any cables (such as power) coming loose. However nobody really use them because they restrict airflow through the server too much.

I was dropping off some yard waste at the local small town dump and the guys working there were snipping and stripping wires they had gotten from all the construction waste that was coming in from a home that was just demolished.
Mike love the stuff you find digging in the dumpsters. You never know what kind of surprises you find. Old stuff new stuff in the box. Amazing stuff and then some just junk stuff.

Those round BBQ pits - we use them for fall fire pit. Load up with some firewood, kick back and enjoy a little evening fire. When done, put the lid on, all safe. When they get too ratty just pitch in trash and pick another curbside😊
Mike, at 17:44 in the video you found something that had a hinge in the middle, that is a cable manager for a rack mounted server. It's so you can slide a server out in a rack while it's powered up. Love the scrapin. Keep it up. :)
