Thanks for this! I had a small change that I wanted to make on my website, and inspired by your video, I used playground. It basically walked me through the steps to write the new code.

Thank you so much Ed ! You’re a lifesaver with these tips and tutorials. Keep on the good work !
I was just wondering if you could make a tutorial about how to un-sync the product details on the dawn theme (materials, shipping and return, size chart..) so that each product can have different information under these tabs?

Great video, I really appreciate how you took the time to show us step by step processes on how to implement. Is there a way to train chatgpt to be your customer service tool?

    • @EdCodes

Well, OpenAI GPT-3 has just been integrated as a source in Shopify Flow, literally like 2 days ago. So you could maybe get it to write some kind of emails, or maybe an automation that writes unique replies to customer queries. I'm not sure about a specific use though. Maybe you have some ideas?

I have a question and not sure where to go. You know the “new” chat feature on shopify. How can we change it to call it something other than chat. I was thinking customers might be more gravitated to the word “help” instead of chat

Hello Ed, can you do a video about login, register, and pages for shopify custom theme? My login theme won't work cause I don't know how to connect it to shopify

Very cool. Too bad the chatGPT is at capacity 75% of the time I try to use it. I have used it for Liquid code in the past and it is a coin flip if the code works or not. AI still has some room to grow for producing code. GitHub CoPilot can write some Liquid code at times, but not enough Liquid devs use it so it is likely just pulling from a handful of devs.

Yeah I'm using Copilot too, it's great for javascript. As for liquid, I find it works best when I'm in a file full of code, I guess it uses that as context. In a blank file or a very short one it doesn't work that well.

Davinci is always available via their API. It's the model before chatGPT. Still pretty good for product descriptions.
