    All I can say is that there is so much music intended by the composer within this score, the organ alone can't really do it justice. Thank you for sharing your love of this work.

      And yet Mendelssohn composed it for the organ, and he was fully capable of composing for a full orchestra, so doesn't that mean he thought the organ *could* do it justice?

      I'd have to disagree, its a quintessentially organ piece, and only the organ could really do it justice.
