Lovebites are amazing. Make sure to check out more of their music. There are indeed hundreds of all-female bands in Japan playing basically every genre of music. Including rock and metal. It's pretty unique to Japan. Some interesting ones include the likes of Scandal, Band-Maid, Aldious, Mary's Blood, Bridear, Fate Gear, Nemophila and Mutant Monster. You should check them out as well.

from what i understood, with some things i read, in Japan girls are the main demographic for manga that's covers high-school life (boys tend to buy mangas that cover other themes), so they tend to have most of those mangas with girls has protagonists, to create connection to the readers, and a lot of them are about high school bands, so this encourage a lot of girls that like music to try to create their bands.

It's kind of funny actually. Male reactors always feel a little reticent to mention the dresses and how pretty the girls are in Lovebites. I think they have the feeling that people will take them for misogynists if they don't focus entirely on the virtuosity of the music. Female reactors, on the other hand, have no such inhibitions and usually admire the dresses within the first few seconds and often end up girl crushing on one or other members of the band. It's all right boys.... you can say that they're brilliantly talented and drop dead gorgeous as well!
It’s not the feeling of being seen as a misogynist. That’s BS deflection. Men generally think in analytical terms. So they tend to focus on the actual playing ability of the artists. Yet there are MANY male reactors that speak on how graceful these ladies are. And conversely, many female reactors (specifically vocal coaches) speak extensively about there musical ability. Most guys love the fact that they have found a band made up of 5 gorgeous Japanese woman that can play face melting heavy metal!! It’s a thing… and we love it!

Usually there are quite a lot of women in the audience at metal concerts, yes, regardless of who is playing. I would assume that ladies on stage would attract even more female fans, but who knows.
