It’s not easy narrowing it all down to a single factor, but in my opinion, it is all down to one word: resources. I think EA has found their profit margin. Their goal is to steer every customer into FUT, then create an incentive for everyone who plays the game to buy FIFA points. They want to achieve this by having the least amount of employees. It makes for great business, but the game suffers greatly. We all see the immense potential this game has, and not only FUT. Career mode and Pro clubs are so incredibly neglected by EA, it’s disgusting. If you want to see how fundamentally broken this game is, all you need is to look at the current state of FUT. The game is more about collecting shiny new cards, than it is about actual gameplay. People are investing an absorbent amount of money and/or time getting cards, that has no intrinsic value and come the next release of FIFA, the cards are no longer relevant. Repeat this every year. The FIFA community is a laughing stock because of this, and for good reason. Players are playing the game so in the end they can get rewards. The grinding aspect has been put out of gameplay, and into SBC’s and other menu stuff. Gameplay has become an inconvenience, rather than being the absolute main part of the game. People aren’t playing DOTA, LoL, Fortnite and other games just because in the end they might get some rewards. No, they are having fun with the game whether it’s casual or competitive. Whether they get items or not. Those games are like 95% gameplay, 5% microtransactions/menu content.

Bro i just want to express my feelings.I starting playing this game about a year ago.Initially i would lose games and thought it was my fault. Over the months i kept improvement but completely lost sense of my academics. I failed due in my college and am lacking one year behind now in studies, sitting with juniors.In short now though i have complete expertise over game i still lose 3-4 games out of 10.It feels sick completely devoting your time to this game, being humiliated by society for being an expert in fifa and still losing the game due to bullshit mechanics of the game and not your skill. Every game I play is against over powered teams, I'm not blaming the players but e.a, they did the same with UFC 2, it's so I'll spend money. I recently just got a decent card, only saying decent because it's a German player in German league and I'm using premier League teams but that was boetang, had to win 10 games online and score with a German player, done it in 15 games, only lost 2, one boy quit in 78th minute after I won a clear penalty, was 0-0 so got a draw and I didn't score with Werner in the other ones, I laugh at how bad most these fut players are and how much money they've wasted. Only been playing 3 weeks, it started me in div 5, I'm now in div 3 and I just got 2000 points to enter that tournament thing......I ain't played since fifa 13 but I play pro and was ranked 3rd in defence on Xbox.

The thing is I don’t think the gameplay is actually that bad, it’s just that unless you play between 2:30am and 8am the connection will literally be unplayable, there is genuinely no point playing fut champs anymore because of it, I’m an elite 3 player and I have absolutely no desire to try and improve on that (largely because it’s impossible due to servers unless I play at stupid hours). They have done absolutely nothing all year to improve connection, since Christmas it has gotten even worse, meaning there is very little motivation for me to play the game

Yup, exactly some of the reasons why i switched to PES this year, and I'm LOVING it. Of course PES isn't perfect and I get pissed time to time, but a 1000times better football game than FIFA. You should try it sometime.

If you feel good when you beat a good team with ur generic team of lows as you try to chip cross the ball over and over again while being immune to tackling, pls dont. And try to take the ball from your opponent instead of letting the script pick it up for you everytime your opponent make a pass.
@@Banshstar I got a 84, only twice have I versed a team like mine, I got beat 4-0 by a over powered team the other day who wasn't even good, his team was. Every game I play is against over powered teams, I'm not blaming the players but e.a, they did the same with UFC 2, it's so I'll spend money. I recently just got a decent card, only saying decent because it's a German player in German league and I'm using premier League teams but that was boetang, had to win 10 games online and score with a German player, done it in 15 games, only lost 2, one boy quit in 78th minute after I won a clear penalty, was 0-0 so got a draw and I didn't score with Werner in the other ones, I laugh at how bad most these fut players are and how much money they've wasted. Only been playing 3 weeks, it started me in div 5, I'm now in div 3 and I just got 2000 points to enter that tournament thing......I ain't played since fifa 13 but I play pro and was ranked 3rd in defence on Xbox.

In terms of game play it's funny how they said that when you're on a one on one with the goalkeeper and you miss the shot wide or high they claim the pressure from the defender made that happen but yet at the same time you can pressure the shit out of someone but they can make a perfect 50 yard pass to start a break

Just had enough of the bullshit enoughs enough, Believe me even if you have a full icon team the game screws u over in the same way using an 84 rated team as Ea don’t want you using the same team for too long but as my team was mainly untradeables it was difficult to change,
Grinded hours into this RNG FEST just to be unrewarded with bad script against me, I would be losing 5-6 games on the run even if I was dominating the games EA would use some kind of manipulating tactic to ensure the game went against me. Just felt like I was playing against my opponent and EA brutal tactics where penalties were given away for no reason, open net misses, players constantly passing it the wrong way or to the wrong person especially when I had a free player in space, I could go on and on about the tactics used to hinder your chances of winning especially if you needed 1 win to rank up RAGE INDUCING !!!
Just felt like what is the point in feeling fucked over every game after I put in countless hours grinding league sbcs etc that’s the only way to succeed without putting money into the game

We spent large amounts of money to buy the best players in the game and then when the scripting goes on in the game your v expensive players feel like silver players, I think this is not legal to take from attributes players because we pay money for them,but this is how the game works and that's why they need scripting in the game to make more money for EA. Maybe it's time for all Fifa players to play PES and only after that I think EA will fix this game.

The thing is I don’t think the gameplay is actually that bad, it’s just that unless you play between 2:30am and 8am the connection will literally be unplayable, there is genuinely no point playing fut champs anymore because of it, I’m an elite 3 player and I have absolutely no desire to try and improve on that (largely because it’s impossible due to servers unless I play at stupid hours). They have done absolutely nothing all year to improve connection, since Christmas it has gotten even worse, meaning there is very little motivation for me to play the game
Another broken feature "manual player switching" is still a dream, you still get auto switched and it's fucking infuriating

I love the attack on EA. What about the end user. We pay EA, you tubers and streamers. We finance the streamers, they spend our cash on their teams then we struggle to compete against these teams and all the free stuff, events and tournaments go to the streamers.
Truth is fifa is scripted, truth is there is IMBALANCE in game,opponent change formation and ur icons will perform like nobs and opponents's 81 rating players will perform like they are on steroids.. why this is WHY
it does the opposite for them aswell, they wouldn't buy points anymore if their team was too bad anyway
They program the game in such a way they think brings them the most cash. So if that means adding some "cheating" elements, which can be in your favor or your opponment. They will do it. They want to keep everyone playing
@@dl3849 no man, in starting i had different types cheap squads (Argentina, France, epl etc etc) sometimes i beat icons and sometimes i was beaten by them, i thought i should sell all and prepare one team with good players, now I have almost every good player on each position like mbappe, KDB, 2 icons, lala, but still i was beaten by a cheap squad and its like not u controlling its ea controlling ur players, in one game they r performing fantastically n in the next fucking game even with 99 fitness and same formation and Tactics they been fcked by 80 rated team bcz my opponent took pause and God knows what formation n Tactics he changed , all of sudden my players started performing like shit, a few seconds ago they were performing like beasts and now fucking nobs or indian football team lol 😂😂
