Thanks for the tour of one of the most beautiful places in our country. My Dad was from Sault Ste Marie and we still have family up there, so we make a trip up every few years. We never get tired of beautiful, Pure Michigan, especially the UP.
So beautiful and peaceful. Thanks for taking us along with you. Enjoy your vacation!! I don't like bridges. I have always been afraid of them. Lord bless you Rhoda 🙏
Thank you, Sally 😊 . Yeah... that bridge was scary! They apparently shut it down a lot because of high wind. It makes you vehicles rock back and forth. Jeesh... 😬 God bless you.
Enjoyed seeing this. My father was born in Rogers City and Hoeft State Park was named after my great grandfather. I’ve never seen it though; I hope to one day! God bless you.
such great scenery oh my the mighty mac on grates. I hate those grates. It's very high and very long 5 miles I cry every time I go over it. Wayne is trying to stay calm. So beautiful your making me want to go to the yoop lol I love you guys and thanks for stopping by on your way home.
I didn't know it was 5 miles until you told me. Eekk... 😬! Yeah, he was trying to stay calm. It was great seeing you and Tom. Of course, Bell, too! She's a loving cat. ❤️
Hi Rhoda 👋 Thank you for taking us along on vacation. The lake was absolutely soothing. You filmed 🎥 the light house so nice and slow, so that I could really get the feeling for it. And then the blueness of the lake..... it was a lake Right?????? You are so funny, on that bridge 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I don't like driving on bridges 😬 . Man...what a wonderful adventure. Keeping you still in my prayers 🙏 Blessings my friend ❤
Yes. It is the Great Lake Huron. We also went and visited Lake Superior, but it wasn't as pretty as Huron. Wayne and I were both in awe of the beauty. Yeah... I was about to crap bricks on that bridge. 🤣🤣🤣 Holy moly, it was so high off the water! Mackinac bridge. The lighthouse was a surprise for us and so wonderful to visit. The energy in there had my hands and feet tingling for hours. The doll however... jeesh! Definitely didn't touch that! 🤣 Thank you for enjoying our journey. God bless you friend.
@PeaceBstill Yes. I live on the coast, and I'll blow some over to you. 😆 🤣 😂 Well, I would if I could. You have some neat rocks in your part of the world, as I've seen on RUclips.
@@thegatesofdawn...1386 LOL! That would be awesome. Some salty air my way. 😊 We love collecting rocks when we travel. KY has a lot of rock. I have one in the middle of my garden now. Lol
That's the way my hometown is, too. So has much changed, and our old home burned down. Beautiful farms turned into housing, stores, and power lines everywhere.

Good stuff.
It looks like the ocean. Nice.
The only thing missing was the salty air. 😊

Water is rough. But beautiful nonetheless the less.
I agree. 😊
Every day is a Thank You JESUS day, God bless you ✝️🙏✝️
Amen 🙏
Unfortunately Michigan is not what it once was I grew up here and it's hard to recognize now
