@@NYGForeversometimes I consider it as not just"the 90s" but a simpler better time in general that started around 1990 and ended in June 2007 with the release of the iPhone.
It ended once MySpace and Facebook rolled out

They've changed a little but they're still ugly. Compared it to how much car styles changed from the 50's to the 70's, such a big difference. Couldn't they look much cooler now? Apparently you like how they look, but some of us would like a bit more variation.

Nice vlog man, tbh these are nice, i mean 2000 don't seem like it was long ago then when you look back at it it was 20 years ago, wow times just going by fast.
This was on my 17th birthday, I can agree that life today would be more enjoyable without smart devices. Sometimes its best to not know everything about the world through social media or have access to it so easily. I feel the years before 2010 were the best.

Yep. The majority of cars on the road until the 2010s were mid 1980s cars mostly. Over time cars just fail. People have to buy new ones. Now most cars are from the mid 2000s- 2010s era. (at least where I live).
Here in Dallas, I see a lot of 1996-2000 Toyota Camry's and 1998-2002 Honda Accord for their age.
While a lot of cars from 2000 are largely gone, a lot of trucks from that era are still around. Cars have changed quite dramatically, while trucks have remained the same in appearance.
This is filmed in the Los Angeles area, so it is very possible that cars from the late 1970's were quite common then. The late 70's were only 20-25 years in the past back then.

Yo Gilbert, I've been working on a list of predictions for the 2020's, I'm still not done, but I'll give you a little preview. In the 2020's we'll see the death of game consoles as we know them. All games will be part of a streaming service like Netflix. 5G wireless technology will allow for data transfer speeds that will allow for cloud computing to take the place of computing hardware such as consoles or PCs. All computing will be mobile, so long as you have a connection to the internet all of your programs will be run in the cloud just like we currently store data like RUclips videos.

Like physical games there will always been a demand for physical even if it loses its majority
So far the 9th gen will still be the same old consoles with a disc drive just like the last 25 years
The 10th gen of consoles we don’t even know if the demand for physical games will be strong enough to keep it going and streaming might get more popular but probably many will still like physical more and a smaller part of gamers will wage war on streaming (like me as i hate it it chews internet and a subscription to own your console is dumb and severs could just end and thats it)
Aussie Pro Again like I said, the viability bottleneck for cloud computing has always been data transfer speeds. 5G is as fast as wireless internet will ever be (excluding LiFi of course), any denser a frequency and you'd be microwaving the population. In fact some scientists have warned 5G may be dangerous to Humans, which honestly I can't help but take more seriously now that I know how revolutionary 5G will be. Fuck yea I'd risk cancer for Ready Player One tier VR and foolproof self driving cars (that could prevent the collapse of civilization, as truckers are a city's life blood, they stop trucking and food stops flowing from farm to fridge), and that's just the tip of the iceberg. 5G is orders of magnitude better than the best 4G we have and will transform the Internet into something we didn't imagine it was going to be. Worse comes to worse we shield our houses from 5G and use LiFi indoors and when we go out in public we will have to wear cyberpunk looking raincoat or poncho that blocks 5G pollution.

The NBN is just horrendous and Australia is a big country with low population so it takes a lot to cover the country up with 5G when some places are blackspots or don’t have good 4G
And even with great internet a physical console for me and probably a lot of others is a choice we like for the long term when you could be owning a console for 10+ years and a subscription to use that console at all is gonna add up a lot and what if severs get hacked or close? No more console for you what if the internet is out?
The only pro i see with streaming is that its got more portability but a lot of people don’t get consoles to be mobile thats a job for mobile devices like phones and handheld consoles and that you don’t need hardware but running the severs will end up costing money anyway
Aussie Pro Regardless of how slow Australian Internet is, the slowest 5G will be much faster than even the fastest 4G, it's like comparing dial-up to broadband, not even a competition. The only barrier I see to my prediction is the rollout of 5G, which I personally see paying for itself or being paid for by the Chinese Communist Party, either way this is simply a matter of time. As for centralization vulnerabilities, in the long run I see cloud computing being a decentralized blockchain utility, but until then they can still be very cryptographically secure like cloud storage. The first application will be VR, as latency issues prevent VR exoskeletons from being able to interact with one another in real time without lag, and it looks like the first to hop on that bandwagon is going to be Amazon believe it or not.

Technically the first year of the 3rd millennium, and 21st century is 2001 because there is no year 0. 2000 was the last year of 2nd millennium and last year of the 20th century. But it’s still a millennium to most people feeling though.
But in our human span of live. flipping from the big 1999 to the big 2000 is the new millennium. That's an entire set of digits taking a drastic change in a whole thousand years ya know
