    Hmm, I'm not entirely sure, but in the ac shadows section you say it's the first ac game with two main characters, but didn't syndicate already do that? I've not played any of them since 3, but I remember the ads talking about you playing as two siblings in that one.

      Syndicate, Odyssey, and Valhalla. Although those last two you're picking which 2 you play as and don't play as both. But it still technically counts.

    Hello game designers,
    I noticed many of the games on this list has really nice graphics, excellent animations, but there are a few things that are still missing that give these games a sense of loneliness, which can be changed, so that these games will be much more fun to play with, and lots of players will play the game. I'm sure this is what you want to see, so I'll try to give you the feedbacks needed to help get the games to where they need to be.
    For most games, ranging from swords to rifles, what makes the game more fun to play in multiplayer mode are the multiplayer missions and the combat techniques.
    First, about the combat techniques: Units that use rifles or other ranged weapons should still have very detailed hand combat techniques while holding and using the ranged weapon's blunt end to block and attack.
    Combo strings are vitally important for the fun factor. The combo strings need to be at least 5 hit or longer. There needs to be blocks, attack parries, attack reversals, attack dodges. These could be performed as 1 move or combos, so we could have multiple blocks to form combo blocks.
    Second, about the missions: these are a few types of missions that are more fun, in my opinion, and players can choose to be on either the attacking side or the defending side.
    TYPE 1: Escort moving caravans to a fortification or camp.
    These could be caravans carrying supplies, reinforcements, workers, etc.
    The caravans can be trucks or other types of vehicles. The more different types of vehicles and the more of them, let's say around 10 vehicles per path, the more fun the mission will be. They move steadily with the players' or the a.i.'s control.
    THE MAP & PATHS
    The total number of paths at one time could be from 1 to 5 or more, depending on the pre-game settings. This means that if there are 5 paths total, and 10 vehicles per paths, then the total vehicles moving to the destination will be 50 vehicles!
    The paths could have 2 different types of patterns, selectible by the game host and voted on by the players:
    1) Random map based on a large number of variations, similar to Age of Empires 2's map generator, so that they are basically random and unpredictable.
    2) Random map based on a smaller number of variations, let's say 3 variations for each path, let's say X, Y, or Z.
    There are certain advantages for either types of random map. #1 gives more randomness, so players never know what the map will be like, keeping the game fresh and fun all the time. #2 gives a certain predictability, which players can kind of learn after a while, but that creates a different kind of fun, too.
    THE UNITS ON THE CARAVANS
    The units on the caravans are controlled by the a.i.'s, and they can be spawn points for human players. Their strengths and skills are different, depending on what type of units they are. Group leaders are able to issue various commands to the caravan members.
    Truck (or wagons) drivers, if they are killed, the trucks could block the entire caravans behind, at which point, the group is more likely to be ambushed from the sides, and the trucks can be taken over by opposing side's units.
    A.i. controlled units on the caravans can automatically take over the position of the truck (wagon) driver. The players can take over and drive the trucks (wagons). The advantage is that the players have more control over the movements of the trucks (wagons). The disadvantage is that there is an increased risk of getting fired at.
    Trucks (wagons) can be damaged at specific locations that will have realistic responses: flat tires, leaky engine oil and oil spill, radiator leak leading to overheating, fuel tank leaks could lead to fire hazard, running out of fuel, etc., etc. Will require mechanics to repair the vehicles. Caravans members are made up of a variety of unit types, including mechanics (engineers).
    Please note, for games in older time periods, we will have wagons instead of trucks.
    TYPE 2: Attack a fortification or camp and rescue the prisoners.
    This is basically the follow-up mission after the caravan has arrived at the destination.
    First, The players and a.i. units that made it to the destination (fortification, camp) alive, meet up with the a.i. units and players there. Then, they gather the troops and weapons needed and storm the opposing side's main fortification or camp when the group leaders give them the order.
    If the mission is a failure, they get captured. The mission proceeds to
    TYPE 3A: Prison Break.
    This is similar to the arcade game P.O.W. and films such as Rambo, Commando, Predator, etc.
    If TYPE 2 mission is a success, the rescued prisoners and the everyone that survived proceed to
    TYPE 3B: Defend the Fortification.
    This is similar to those defend the castle games.
    Oh, by the way, I think the more vibrant colors are better for games set in modern times with rifles, trucks, and the likes, but this is just my personal preferences. Maybe it's better to have a few color options available for gamers to choose from, whether the games are set in classical periods or modern times.

    You stated that there was some negativity about the game. Coming back into this world after 40 years I just play games that are mostly third person where I can get some stealth (I love stealth), good graphics and are just fun. If people don’t like a game don’t play it. If you don’t like the price don’t buy it. There are enough RUclips videos out there that shoukd help make an informed decision.

    Indiana Jones isn't going to PS5. It's Xbox exclusive. And Phantom Blade 0 will be on Xbox.
