No he isn't. Kaiser wasn't born with any special abilities. Kaiser doesn't pull off miraculous plays. They look miraculous because he has perfected them to that level. That's why isagi also misinterprets him as a genius. He worked his way through it. That kaiser impact, metavision, Predator eye are all self attained by learning. The fact that he figured out kaiser impact magnus all by himself is a proof that he is a prodigy.

Then we look at talented learners, like Isagi and Kaiser, they are people who model themselves after Geniuses and analyze their playstyles, weapons, and weaknesses and incorporate whatever they can into their moveset and data to then defeat those geniuses.
