Idk how much better they will be with LBJ either. The team just isn't built right. Melo & russ were the wrong pick ups. They needed a good shooting back court to pair up with Bron & AD. If you put together a decent bench along with that and have THT providing some consistent offence off the bench, the lakers would be hard to beat. Instead you have two ball dominant, low percentage shot takers to pair up with LBJ and AD. smh

Such difference in approach . AD tried so many times to get a foul and maybe go for the bucket ... Giannis goes for the bucket and if he gets a foul , he gets a foul... AD won a championship along side LBJ , a lot of good players in probably the biggest NBA org , Giannis won a championship with few great players in a org who I barely knew about tbh. Like I've been saying from the ending of the preseason. The Lakers are trash. They have done one of the worst thing that an organization, with hope of winning a championship, could've possibly do to themselves, and that was to revamped an entire roster.
There were no continuity of what they were known for since Vogel became a part of the organization. They were one of the better defensive team in the league. Not anymore.
They have an aging, now injury prone, Superstar in LeBron James who used to carry mediocre teams, and the operative words here is USED TO, perhaps is not expecting to pull that heroic shit off ever again in his twilight years.
This team is now without an identity. Perhaps I am wrong here. Perhaps they do have an identity but not for a good reason.
It's an insult sending out a Golden Age Home team in this modern era, that plays no defense against hungrier, quicker , younger and more athletic players, and talking craps about winning a championship. CHIP MY ASS!!!Frankly speaking....It's a damn insult!!!!! I WANT THESE YOUNG GUNS TO PULVERIZED THE SHIT OUT OF THEM!!!!

Lakers wont win unless they get 28+ points a night from AD. He is playing soft, settling for shots he shouldn't be taking. AD Not being physical and doesn't like to play D. Westbrook is playing better but it still isn't enough. Lakers defense and rebounding is lacking. Melo needs more PT and I like what THT is doing but it's not enough if they going to let teams drop 110-120points a night on them. Giannis is a beast...if he gets 40+ it's guaranteed win with the other snipers on his team.
