Put supplies and a radio pack in a jeep, ten deploy the radio next to the jeep in a sneaky area. Boom! supplies for respawning with gear anywhere on the map
the best way to do it is to get your custom loadout at the base with the most supplies, then teleport to your radio backpack.. it's INCREDIBLE (ruclips.net/video/zOC_UGt7CJI/видео.html)
Glad Someone finally covered hidden supplies There is something else I want to point out with base building if you want to be a logi player ( base building and logi usually go hand in hand) The field hospital ( unlocked at Corporal) and the living quarters ( unlocked at Sargent) both will help reduce spawn cost for a base and the latter holds a lot of supplies Secondly when building bases a radio antenna should always come first followed by a structure that holds a lot of supplies such as heavy vehicle depot, field hospital and while I don't encourage it, arsenal
Instead of accepting the objective capture from the menu u get by pressing the objective on the map or pressing J, like at 2:43 you can just hover you mouse on top of the objective’s banner on the map, and when the objective’s name pops up right next to the banner on the right side, just move your mouse on top of the text and click it to accept.
5:00 you can load the truck even if you are still inside the truck. Just make sure you park so that the driver’s door is right next to the storage sign, then open inventory. First though, you nned to close the truck’s trunk inventory by pressing X on the top right corner of the inventory screen, then just drag and drop the supplies to ur truck
Btw for tip number 5 you don’t even need to get out of your truck to load the supplies just slowly ram the driver side into the sign you then you can load supply’s without even getting out
If you are saving your loadout, make sure to remove original wpn, original ammo, and maybe put on a different helmet. 3 grenades max. While I like playing with a sniper rifle (and I have trained myself with a range I built first in game master mode), a sniper rifle with scope, and 6 magazines will cost about 115 supplies. Standard loadout is 10 or 20. Unless you are going to stay alive a long time, or kill 10 times more than usual, consider a standard loadout. Considet less mags as well when spawning in. Turning up the the armory you can quickly select ammo for weapon held if you need more and haven't drained resources. 5 kitted out playes like above is 550 supplies vs 50 or 100 with standard loadout. Learn how to use your iron sights first, as you should be able to take down AI with patience. (Single capping with a sniper is possible, but you need to engage targets at 300m or more to avoid accidentally getting killed)
(Before I forget, each map square is 100m by 100m. That means you can see the edge of the tree line to the objective distance to range your weapon. Bullet drop on elevation is a thing, but if you use the map distance range instead, you should be hitting what you aim at.)
Thank you so much for the video, I know they take a lot of effort. I’m new to Arma on PS5 Pro and even purchased a wireless mouse which is a game changer for dealing with the inventory. I’ll be sure to try out some supply runs and use your quick load and unloading tip. I’ve just sent your video to my brother who is also new to Arma (we both got bored of Hell Let Loose). Keep up the good work!
Legend mate! Thanks for watching! I used to be a Hell Let Loose addict back in the day. I also grew bored of it bland found my calling to Arma! Tbh I love all FPS games, hope the guide helps you and your brother!
@ You can but it’s tricky. I tried walking with the controller and aiming with the mouse but holding controller with one hand is tricky, plus you can’t press the buttons. Handy if you need to snipe more accurately though.
@ That’s exactly what I use the mouse for, load out and map. Very difficult on controller otherwise. I use the mouse sometimes to look at the door in a vehicle so I can close it easier, especially when you have an idiot in the back seat keep opening it! 😂
yh don't start the game and try get all kitted up, it's important to get good with the standard load out and start the game and get to.the next location and try take some objectives then your can get a kit once you've got to a another base and run some supply's!!!!! supplies are one of throat important aspects of the game and not having an expensive load outs to re spawn
Lastly, if you don't have radio reach, you cannot capture. If you have a radio connection to another site, that increases the suplly tick by 1. 5 nearby captured sites (like figari), has a plus 5 resources per tick. The main base and purple objectives give a plus 10 as well. So, if you want a well stocked armory, make sure resources refill quickly.
10:46 the enemy can also hear you when you use your radio. This is because the game plays your voice through proximity chat as well as over the radio. Much like how in real life, when you talk into your phone, those around you can hear you even though they're not on the other end of the call. Really wish that the same would apply to the radio itself, as in- the enemies could hear other people talking on your radio. It would incentivise people to turn their radios off when on covert expeditions.
Yeah I’ve always thought it would be cool if you could hear enemy radio transmissions and then maybe having the option to turn the radio down rather than off altogether. Who knows, a feature we may eventually get!
Yeah i noticed that to, that a lot of people told me to now only speak on coms, which didn't make sense because they still could hear me. Im also always shut the Radio of if im trying to sneak around, because i try to hear the other players around me and not the stupid voice: WE JUST TOOK OBJECTIVE DELAWARE!!!!
@Crispy Gaming you needed to add how to transport to a radio from anywhere on the map this is a big one that everyone should know it means you don't need supplies in the radio
To be honest i mostly pick up gear from dead players in game, think it was said in “we were soldiers” “ by the time i need a rifle, there will be plenty lying around”. Supply runs are great way for learning the map. Lots of good tips.
Great video, dude…Saved loadout in a backpack radio?! Man! I’ve been playing for ages and never knew this one….but I think it sux. Default kit is the price for using a backpack spawn, IMHO
Glad the range finding was included, but imo I believe that it is essential for every gun and not just that one gun specifically. I tend to find myself missing my shots in close combat due to the bullets flying way too high. If engagement is within a field lengths away, I’d say to zero in to 100 M and you’ll hit your targets almost every time.
Yeah for sure. I should have added that. I tend to keep my zeroing on 100 and just adjust for bullet drop, but thought it would be handy for those 250 plus distances.
Another banger as always mate Another tip about when the enemy can hear you I also think you can be heard at close range not only with proximity chat but also when talking on your radio, you’ll be heard pretty much whatever your talking into if at close range. Don’t quote me on it though not 100% Keen for the next one ! 🔥
Also be wary of keying the mic even if you don’t talk. The UI shows you talking even if you aren’t being actually heard. It displays your name and will give away ambush Positions. Drewski did a good video of it.
Another optic tip: the RPG optic contains a lot of lines and grids, there is currently only one RPG munition in the game and for that variant you want to use the left grid, like the SVD the distance is shown in hundreds of meters and the + at the top represents 50 meters.
Another thing I found out about radio backpacks, when you deploy your radio within your connected radio network, it can act as a free, one way transport that can teleport you to and from anywhere your destination.
Tbh easiest and IMO best solution to the whole load out problem is just to play game master servers so long as you have a good host it completely negates the problem and often leads to far more interesting matches often with some sort of a structure or at least general theme to it everything from border patrol, d day style beach landings, special forces sneakiness, convoys etc etc which means you can focus on everything else in the game that is actually good rather than stressing over load out costs and failed supply runs. (Oh and even if you get a bad GM it can still at least be really funny)
Another little tip: You don't need bipods to steady your gun. Pretty much any gun can be braced if you walk up to a horizontal surface and press 'C'. Not sure if that works on the ground, though.
Second tip: when supporting a weapon on an area that isn't level, use variable lean/ variable crouch to hide your body. 3rd tip, supported with an LMG/HMG on a wall? Need to reload? Look up! This hides most of your body behind the cover.
Tip #1 should have been PLAY THE TUTORIALS. Some of your tips are in the tutorials 😅 But thanks anyway, some good ones, and the hidden supplies was new to me!

The arsenal thing has become very frustrating. I’m sick and tired of being stopped by some nasally voiced goober at the arsenal telling me what kit I should be using and that my loadout is too expensive. I’ve been playing since Arma 2, I’m not just some random dude who picked up the game last week, just because you can’t use hundreds of rounds in a single life doesn’t mean I won’t. I’ve had multiple nimrods give me back handed remarks about “you don’t really need that much ammo” by the guy who’s the first to go down every time when the bullets start flying. Is it frustrating watching noobs destroy your supplies by running silly loadouts combining every role under the sun? Yes, very, what do I do about it? Go take a purple base solo with the default loadout.
Im brand new to this, finally some9ne who explains how to actually play the game. If the main objectives are the purple locations, what are the reasons for capturing all the smaller ones in white?

Just some of the locations on hidden supplies.... Gravette (x1) Le Moule (x2) Entre-Deux (x2) Montignac (x1...at least) Laruns (x1) Chotain (x1) I think a lot of people skip building antennas because they think they have to go a long way to get supplies. Generally, that's not true. You SHOULD always take supplies with you if you have a vehicle, but in the towns above, you don't have to go very far at all to get 600-2000+ supplies to get your newly acquired base up and running.
there should be an unwritten rules video. Like how if someone spawns in a truck, to not just get in just because you feel like it. I've had many times to tell people to get out because I'm doing supply runs.
I typically run a scout sniper loadout and i spend no more than 115-120 supplies and i normaly reapawn at a base with a ton of supplies before taking the transport to my radio
Me too! Handy little trick to have them follow you. I find you can set them an order to suppress to distract the enemy whilst you attack from another direction
To be honest I don’t actually know, it used to supply medical items but they’re available from the arsenal. The main reason I build one is to expand the amount of supplies a base can hold
Huge L that your first tip is teaching new players to waste supplies. I don't care if every single objective in their teams control has thousands of supplies and they're well on the way to actually winning the match. watching a noob spawn in with a massive back pack carrying an MG and Sniper as many mags as possible enough meds for 10 soldiers to last through three firefights and dying as soon as they engage in their first fight is the worst thing the game has to deal with right now. That tip absolutely should have been. "The default loadout is really good and heavily discounted please only use the default loadout for your first ten or so games" and the discount is seriously huge even just reloading your gun and having the extra bullet in the chamber and a full mag is considered a savable loadout which can jump the price from 20 to 60 when spawning in.
I see your point and I agree somewhat but like I mentioned in the tip not once do I say or encourage to go build a ridiculous loadout, hence why I said it’s for players that want to build a “reasonable kit” and “why I recommend spawning in with a default kit if you’re trying to defend a base” so not to use up unnecessary supplies. I think it’s very easy to focus on the players that are taking it to the extreme but there is nothing wrong with players building a reasonable loadout in my opinion. There are other issues where people waste supplies with like spawning vehicle after vehicle for 1 person as opposed to moving as a squad or with other squads. Or nobody nominating to do supply runs. The idea of the video is to focus on things I never knew as a new player “saving loadouts” was one of them even for just configuring where I kept everything … so I disagree that I’m encouraging players to build expensive loadouts, but appreciate the comment. Thank you
So what ive been doing is saving my loadout and only spawning back with it at a MOB. new players should see when and where they should use a default loadout or your kit. Most the time the default is fine maybe add a rpg with a second round and a suppressor. Unless you know for a fact that you will be sniping or ambushing vehicles with lmgs and rockets, just run the normal AR for your side.
@@ScoobydcsAttachments are only compatible with certain weapons. Like, the AK47 won't accept a PSO1 4x, only an SVD. Or, you can't put a superior on without first removing the muzzle brake.
Sounds like you need to learn to save your load out after you make it. Learn the game please you only need a second rifle (Sniper or LMG) and a 2x scope for your m16 and a large scope for the sniper rifle you start with six m16 clips so grab six more then at least 8 clips of sniper rifle. A medium pack is big enough and i always grab 4 more bandage and one more morphine i dont need nothing else attach your attachments then go back to armory and instead of opening it just scroll down one spot from open and save then everytime you come back in from dying you do not have to redo everything again. Simple lil tip
If you’re on PlayStation you need to create a party on PlayStation, then when you’re in game go to the party menu on your PS and change the chat from party chat to in game chat. I found this out after a few weeks and now I can actually chat in game! Weird fix, but it seems to work…

☝T H I S ☝ So many people don't understand how vital it is to building something to store all the supplies moving in.
Living quarters reduce price if you kit during respawn. And what exactly hospital reduce?

U swear some people try their hardest to do the opposite of 6
Is it true that spawning at the Main Base costs zero supplies?
Yes, but I believe only standard kit. I didnt test with custom
Thank you
you didn’t watch the video huh bud you just saw load out and got mad lol
2:09 he literally says don’t be the person that your referring to bro, did you even watch the video 🤣
Boohoo
how are you modifying weapons? it wont let me
U need to have scope or other attachment in your inventory. Then hold R and use the mouse too look at the specific spot of your weapon
@blackburn1489 I have them in inventory. Il try r. When I go into inventory and press I it won't work
@@ScoobydcsAttachments are only compatible with certain weapons. Like, the AK47 won't accept a PSO1 4x, only an SVD. Or, you can't put a superior on without first removing the muzzle brake.
But how do you load/unload on controller 😭😭😭😅
Sounds like you need to learn to save your load out after you make it. Learn the game please you only need a second rifle (Sniper or LMG) and a 2x scope for your m16 and a large scope for the sniper rifle you start with six m16 clips so grab six more then at least 8 clips of sniper rifle. A medium pack is big enough and i always grab 4 more bandage and one more morphine i dont need nothing else attach your attachments then go back to armory and instead of opening it just scroll down one spot from open and save then everytime you come back in from dying you do not have to redo everything again. Simple lil tip
I cant spawn new ai soldiers when they die. The living quarters will tell me i have the max amount of ai soldiers.... BUT THEY'RE DEAD DAMNIT! 😅
I just wish I could get my damn head set to work
If you’re on PlayStation you need to create a party on PlayStation, then when you’re in game go to the party menu on your PS and change the chat from party chat to in game chat. I found this out after a few weeks and now I can actually chat in game! Weird fix, but it seems to work…
Armory is not that serious ur just not a team player the people that complain about them always have their kit and just think everyone else should have default like lear to be a team player and stop being a winy baby
If you think your a special forces main character who sits their getting a 200 supply kit while we’re about to lose the game you aren’t a team player
That britiish learnt the metric system
Stop revealing my secrets.
FCK 1080p in 2025!
Ping so high i cant even play on ps5. Servers are full and not allowing other to enjoy this $40 unplayable game
Split that long video into several smaller ones and their views will skyrocket
Unbelievable. Or you can act like a human with a soul, that DOESNT have an attention span of 5 seconds. Truly remarkable, and truly degenerate.
I’ve split the video into chapters to make it easier for people who don’t wish to watch the whole thing
Game is trash cant even get into a lobby
Skill issue
5:24 just pull up your tab and the proximity will allow you to load it from where you are… hence giving you cover
Why is your scope so stable. My character cannot hold the gun still.
@@MYdonginurMoM go prone it reduces the weapon sway by a lot. You can also rest your weapon on walls, rocks, vehicles etc for more stability, the section where I’m explaining the range scale I freeze framed the image though, I can’t hold it that steady 😂
Manage your stamina. Don't get caught out at a bad time. Run across fields, but if you're coming up to the enemy front, crouch and even walk to be quieter and ready to aim. Even take breaks to quickly catch your breath.
There’s only one trick brother and it’s called PC. Try play this game on console with an average network like most have and u will see 😂😂😂😂😂
The game has been targeted by powerful DDOS attacks for the last week straight, these are not my words, straight from the dev team.
Yeah the DDOS attacks have caused a few issues for everyone. PC and console unfortunately
Smells like broke
