    Keep on moving, Victoria! A 30-day challenge is a great way to get started. I walk a lot and find that changing my walking route frequently keeps it from getting boring. Good job on the video, too.

    @Victoria Virgo top tip if you want to weigh yourself make sure you are free off clothes you will get an actual reading and no slippers 😊😊
