When someone is monetised, I believe that the video creator still receives a small amount of money when someone who has YT Premium watches their video even though the adverts are not actually displayed. I know you went on a cruise from Tilbury before so you may be interested to know that in late September / early October, the paddle steamer Waverley is visiting the Thames. It is the last sea going paddle steamer in the world and visits every year at the same time and offers sailings on the Thames. They are only day trips so it is not the same as a cruise but it sails to / from London, Gravesend, Southend, Clacton, etc. and also sometimes sails around the Thames Towers. It is usually based on the River Clyde near Glasgow but around this time of year it offers sailings in different parts of the country (it usually offers day trips on the Solent before coming to the Thames). There are usually a number of videos that people post on YT whenever it visits so thought that it might be a good video topic for you if you are near the Thames since you like travel.
Victoria, I have a whopping 4 subscribers. I just use RUclips to share with family and then more recently, for my birdfeeder videos to share on Medium at the Daily Cuppa. You're doing great. Keep on Cruising we can't do that now due to health, but we did do around 15 cruises.
I found you via Katie on the Daily Cuppa at Medium. I have a channel, but just use it as a way to share a video, I'll never reach enough subscribers to ever make money. But I admire you for working that way. This was very interesting. Thanks for sharing.
