I miss this game so much. It was the perfect mix of fantasy and competitive gameplay. The combat was smooth and the overall mechanics that go into each ability was fun to play with. It’s a shame they shut it down.
No joke that the gameplay is truly epic. The combo the powers, learn what can get you zooming around or just flat out fly. If they stick to have cooperative missions and large boss fights that can challenge your movement, reaction, creativity while having a mix of surprises for those who understand what can mix for greater damage, support or just spot to regroup. Got me hype on that while having single missions that will unlock more powers that let you mix or double down on a element to master. The game would've make a difference for it's our type of game.
I played until servers went down but what hurt them was not adding new gauntlets and adding pve bots to the regular map. The ranked mode was fair but not really how the game was played, so mixed signals there. I think players getting too good hurt it the most. I was capable of soloing a team if they weren't decent. The gameplay was amazing but it wasnt a good fit for the battle royale genre, imo it shouldve gone for a team based light moba/"hero shooter" angle. give people objectives to control for points and some kind of shop, leveling system or pve monsters to gain stronger abilities.
