In a nutchel, the LIFEWEB is a machine that create electricity by doing stuff from the extracted blood of a living human. When the lifeweb got enough blood and got his stuff fullfiled, it can create the electricity, filling up the batteries and sending a wave of energy that speed up the metabolism of every living things...So humans heal, wounds rot, plant grow when an "act" happen. The act start and end when the lifeweb is activated
