I have a huge digital movie and game collection but whenever there’s a major bust or limited edition stuff I buy them right away! Really enjoy your channel! Your videos remind me about some movies that I’ve forgotten about.
That special edition for An American Werewolf in London is amazing. Love the movie and absolutely love the artwork on that edition. And that Nausicaa box is really beautiful. Nice pick! Saludos.
I picked up the Godzilla Criterion and the Werewolf in London Arrow set but that Basket Case set is great! I’d love to get hold of that. Great haul as always
Thanks man! That Criterion Godzilla set is beautiful. A stunning package for a cool slice of cinema. Congrats on grabbing that and Arrows Werewolf. So glad the movie got the limited edition treatment from them.
Part 2 was great as well, surprised to see The Italian Job box as I picked up a copy of that in November as well. Can't wait for next month's video, thanks for taking the time to share your collection. John
Thanks John. Congrats on grabbing the Italian Job box set too. They don't make too many sets like these anymore which is a shame. Thanks for taking the time to watch my videos. Cheers.
Bonjour une incroyable collection j’adore je suis fan moi aussi je suis passionné par le cinéma ainsi que les figurines buste de film je voudrais savoir où trouvez-vous toute c’est chose merci d’avance
Love your vids especially the tour i could only dream of having some of the editions you have and it helps me with my collection wheni see you make these vids keep it up and i wish to see a new tour vid once youve finished re organizing
The Batman Beyond series is by far my favorite and if not one of the best series of Batman. I'm sure I'm just saying that since I grew up watching it, but it never gets old.
Yeah first disc down and I'm enjoying it so far. I am missing the classic villains a little but seeing old Bane thin and shrivelled from all the Venom use was very cool.
Mmmm...that Godzilla set has the discs stuck into cardboard slots. Amazing that a premium set would have something like that, since naturally the overwhelming reason to buy it is the movies. I'd like to see them produce a standard packaging set at a reduced price. Wouldn;t suprise me to see that eventually.
More and more larger sets are favouring the cheaper cardboard slots. The recent Marvel Infinity Saga set and the limited edition complete Game of Thrones set both have similar slots for the discs. I've probably got maybe 100 different sets with similar cardboard slots for the discs and I've never come across any problems with them scratching but I get they're not as risk free as individual plastic spindles.
Just wanted to say love your videos found out about them earlier this month I'm a film student at UCLA and love seeing collections like this keep up the amazing work looking forward to watching more of your videos in the future
Hi mate, Do you happen to collect Alfred hitchcock Presents, the Alfred hitchcock hour, Twilight Zone and being English do you collect BBC sitcoms from the 70, 80s 90s?? e.g. Only Fool and horses, keeping up appearances, dads army, One foot in the grave and the like??
Hi mate, I'd love to get the Hitchcock Presents and Hour shows for the collection eventually. Twilight Zone I do have on DVD - I have the Outer Limits too - loved those shows. I don't really have many older brit sitcoms but I watched a lot of them growing up - One foot in the grave, only fools and horses, Birds of a Feather etc. I do own a lot from the 90s... The complete Men Behaving Badly, Red Dwarf, Game On, Black Adder, The Fast Show, Absolutely Fabulous, Alan Partridge and others. Always enjoyed those types of shows 👍
Yeah you're spot on dude. I didn't realise when I went through it, it had the 1956 version too. I thought they might have skipped that one being the Americanised version. Good spot 👍
As a month November has destroyed me to. All the sale offers from Eureka, Criterion, Arrow to name a couple. I've decided to mainly pick up films now from early days of cinema up to the 1950's. Most modern films you can easily stream, however I think the older classics are a better buy as they become harder to get hold of in the future. Speaking of lack of space, mine are just sat on the floor at the moment. 🤣
Appreciate the thoughts dude. We're lucky we haven't had any break out near us although one came close to our parents place. All safe though now. Again, thanks for your message dude... means a lot. Cheers.
Very jealous of that Godzilla set, we'll likely be grabbing it during the next Criterion sale sometime next year I'd say. Nice Indicator and Eureka pickups as well, I need to pick up Vol 3 and 4 of the Hammer sets sometime in the future as well. It was cool to see your 88 Films pickups, we bought a decent amount from them as well and can't wait to start watching some of them. One of the ones we bought was the Killer Crocodile set as well and we had the same line of thinking that you did with regards to whether we should get it from Severin or not. We were going to grab a couple of things from Severin but unfortunately most of the things that we wanted from them came out in the last six months and so weren't part of the sale. Will probably grab a bunch of stuff during their next sale I'd say. Also the Basket Case set looks so sick haha, only watched the first two for the first time this year actually, still need to watch the third. Great update dude, so much good stuff here as usual, can't wait to see all the titles from the labels you mentioned at the end of the video next month 🙂
Thanks mate. You should be fine grabbing the Criterion Godzilla set. I don't think any of their titles are limited. They print as many as is needed to sell so it should be easily available during the next sale. Looking forward to watching your Black Friday Arrow haul as well dude. I know we've spoken recently and sounds like you hit the motherload with Zavvi's pricing ballsup 🤣 Here's hoping mine make the trip for December's update too 👍
Thanks for sharing. If you need it two videos this month, next one, with black friday and christmas, it's gonna be epic. Love the arrow editions, they're full of extras and don't take to much space. Are you going to get any of the Near Dark Mediabook german editions? I'm thinking about it 'cause I love that movie, but it would be cool to see the unboxing first. Anyway, thanks again and merry christmas in advance.
Thanks man. Yeah I'm seriously considering upgrading my copy of Near Dark. I like the look of the Lance Henriksen cover and I love the movie too. Hope you have a great Christmas too, mate. Cheers.
Yeah I put in a preorder but I've already got the same bust from ESC Distribution in France - they released it earlier in the year with a digipack of the first 3 Hellraiser movies on Blu Ray. So far from what I can see the bust is identical but I'm waiting to see if there are any differences between the two before cancelling my Zavvi order 👍
@@wilsonianmoviemuseum8420 Yep. Seems the only change is the font used for the Hellraiser word. Not cheap at 178€ but the French busts are really dear to come by so... I pre-ordered one too. 🙂
Hey man, every monthly update video is a highlight for me. great new premiums added to the museum. When you make an upgrade do you purge the DVD or standard Blu-Ray from the collection or do you keep and collect multiple copies on different formats, even though you have upgraded?
Thanks mate. Appreciate you watching and enjoying them. Nah, never purged a single item in over 25 years collecting. I know I'll never watch the DVD of Jaws again now I've got the Blu, and I'll never watch the Blu version of Leon now I've got the 4K, but keeping them shows the progression of my collection... where it started and what it's become and I love that about it. I'm just so lucky I have the room to keep all the old formats. I know a lot of collectors sell the older editions once upgraded just so they don't run out of space.
I’m gonna answer this for him... no way in hell! 😂😂😂 I’ve got a collection of about 3000 Blu-ray’s, and there’s no way I can keep up. I’d be astounded if he has his entire, or even part of this crazy collection catalogued 😂😂😂🤘🤘🤘
@@ConfessorRahl I don't know how you manage WITHOUT some sort of catalogue - I only have about 600 titles but my database has saved me from buying multiples countless times :)
Hey man - just found your channel, awesome videos, will be following this in the future for sure! Wanted to ask where you go to keep up to date on upcoming releases?
Hey mate. Thanks for watching. I have a whole heap of sites I visit regularly to check out their coming soon pages. Collector's forum sites like Hi Def Ninja and Blu Ray . com are very good as well for info on up and coming releases. They're posted by collectors for collectors so when someone finds something cool on a website, they post it in the relevant thread and other collectors can see it and gain more info on it - where to buy, how much it costs and when it releases. This is my favourite thread for keeping up to date with collector's editions from all around the world... www.hidefninja.com/community/forums/blu-ray-collectors-limited-editions.43/
Thanks man. There's too many to list dude but some of the most common are Amazon, Zavvi, D&T Mailorder, Nameless Media, Manta Lab, KimchiDVD, Nova Media, Film Arena, Arrow Films, 88 Films, Eureka! Video, JB Hifi and Sanity. I hope this helps.
Man, I just finished watching both parts of this months pickups mate and wow, November was the motherlode!! 💿💿 many great editions! Do you get many film related goodies off friends and family for Christmas presents? I can imagine the December haul being colossal! 👍🏻🥰💿💿💿
Thanks man. Still waiting on some epic Black Friday deliveries so hopefully I can show you those when December ends. Yeah I'm lucky that my friends and family get me film related stuff for Christmas. In the past I've had framed posters, movie drinking glasses, movie themed board games - basically anything movie themed but not an actual DVD or Blu Ray. They have no idea what I've already got in the collection so no one ever buys me movies but they know I won't buy memorabilia so I often end up getting stuff like that which is awesome because I wouldn't buy it for myself 👍
Further testimony why "Physical Media" has no equal. What is obvious is the fact that the QUALITY of Premium releases keeps getting better 🏆💰🏆💰👍
You’ve earned my sub. Such a badass collection man!
Thanks man. Appreciate it cheers 👍
that godzilla box has a fantastic artwork!!!

Hey what are the tv / audio specs over there ?
i love it i like all the dvd
How much was the Godzilla box set?
Streaming will never replace the magic of owning physical copies.
I'd never trust streaming cause they always delete your favourite movie on something at some point
Can you do Your December update?
I'm so curious, (and understand if you don't want to reveal this), but how much do you spend roughly on movies every month? The hauls are humongous.
Hope all is well with your family and yourself. Stay safe.
