I rode the L and I am 185cm. Felt good in terms of handling and comfortable in terms of reach etc. However if I wanted a more agile ride feel I could have went with M. If you fall between two sizes it comes down to whether you want a more stable/stretched out ride (larger size) or more playful/agile ride (smaller size)
