Phenomenal man. I do aluminum castings and am always looking for new strategies for more complex shapes. I really like what you've done in your videos.
YOU SIR are an amazing artist. I am just now learning of this process and I am grateful for the care you have taken in making this how to video. Very impressive.
Wow, I think you have real talent man. Perhaps it's cynical for me to say this, but you definitely have a LOT more talent that the official "court" sculptor in my home country does.....
it's not cynical. it's the job of elites in government to hire shitty sculptors to surround us with obtuse and awkward structures, sterile of heritage or humanity, in order to undermine national identity, making multiculturalism easier to push and gain votes from foreigners.
+Klayperson Except the sculptor I'm talking about has been the "court" sculptor back in Socialist times too, when gaining votes from foreigners was no an issue (and in fact still isn't)...
CoolKoon mp has a talent of doing his thing broadcast and do time esips and show his fans how and where to find wood and axes in lumber tycoon in roblox😇😇😇😇😇😇😀😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The eagle sculpture was incredible. I was just stunned every time you added more detail. However, one thing I want to point out is that it may have been a better idea to put a patina on it using some sort of acid and sand away the excess instead of trying to achieve that look using paint and wiping off. This piece is so cool, and the bare pewter looks beautiful so it kind of feels like you're adulterating the beauty by adding paint. It makes it feel less authentic than if it were a legitimate, black, natural oxide layer.
You should try casting the pewter directly from the silicon. Silicon has a temperature rating of over 300 degrees C, and pewter melts at like 230 degrees.
Excellent video, congratulations. At 14:37, you use a very interesting wax or plasticine evacuation system in a home furnace. How have you done? I am interested in how you evacuate the water from the plaster so that it does not burst when you melt the metal inside. Thank you
I am wanting to lean how to copy some plastic models into pewter, how would I go about taking an existing shape, and using it to make an exact mold that I can then reuse multiple times, or easily make new molds of?
It is not for me to say you are an artist but I think youtube knows the answer and I am sure they all agree. Thank you for sharing your ability.
hey i really like that your not doing a video showcasing alot of expensive tools, it shows a more intimate and artistic method keep it up

It was just unbelivable and no one will guess it right weather its a hand made or machine made it was just immeasurable. I want to buy it at $1000.
awesome dude...
Could you share about the composition of clay.??
how could you make it without sand for casting.?
What is the actual mold made from? Casting investment specific for metal casting? Plaster? Something else entirely?
