Me too. Nine months later, it's still funny. Amazing. Home and Garden was never this entertaining. Lotto boy isn't bad. But Cash is the cat's meow. It's a roaring 20s joke since we're in the roaring 20s. Same crazy inflation.
Yesterday I was buying paint and as I was waiting for it to mix, I went over and checked out one of the model kitchens. We plan on demolishing ours in a year or so, and I’m looking at different styles. Anyway, as I was looking at one in particular I got to the sink and without missing a beat, and not consciously thinking of it, I yanked the faucet and said out loud “It even has a sink sprayer.” I cracked up once I realized what I said! 😂

For sure use it as a 2 BR - take the door off the room you suggested to use as the LR and get some light into the interior. Still reasonably priced in that configuration, I think. Nice!

Nice apartment and I would use it as a 2-bed as there is limited storage space in the bedrooms and only 1 bathroom. It also has an elevator and parking that makes up for the lack of a medicine cabinet. Looks like nice area as well. Thanks for sharing Cash!

In the UK you would never have a living area without a window! This seems to be the norm in NYC! It's really a nice two bed apartment with a great kitchen/diner and sitting room. I like it.

Ken’s rating: B+. Awkward furniture arrangement. Yes, it would be a two bedroom and turn that bedroom with glass door into the TV room. Kitchen is good, but there would be space for a counter AND table if we call this a two bedroom. I like being across the street from the 7/11. But, not a stunning view.

I guess I'm used to a lot more space. One bedroom would be my living room, one for the bedroom, and one for my office. Overall this is a nice apt, but too bad the views aren't better.

Most hardware stores and even some grocery stores have the rolling, collapsible shopping carts. Always had one when living in DC. And the cashiers in the area really knew how to pack them.
Pain in the ass if you have to deal with stairs, but otherwise worth it. And even if there are stairs, if you feel comfortable leaving the cart alone for a minute or two, you can lug the stuff up the stairs and you wouldn't have to lug it from the store, too.
As a former brooklynite, I wonder how a family with kids can afford an appartment nowadays. My last rent in 1972 for our family was 180 dollars for five rooms. I bought a 4 family house for $23,000. I kid you not. I love your channel. 💙

I lived in Crown Heights, Brooklyn from 1950 to 1960 - off Buffalo Ave. & Eastern Parkway. A one-bedroom apartment for 5 people - my parents had a pull-out bed in the good-sized living room. Rent was $50/month - and the landlord never raised it. It was a GREAT area at that time.

I wish that one bedroom door by the kitchen had a sliding door! I like the apartment, the set up is a bit funky, but could make it work! Lack of in unit laundry let's it down! Also, I don't know how people keep their cool bumping into you Cash, I would scream and run in for a hug, or at least a covid safe hug and then follow you around like a lost puppy.

Good Morning, this apt is rather spacious for this price point. I would try to limit myself to one roommate and use the 3rd bedroom for storage and/or office space. Great video tour. The neighborhood seems to be pleasant.

Nice place! Great kitchen and bath! The rooms are good, but not much of a view. I was pleasantly surprised when you opened the front door how nice the apt was. I think since the foyer and hallways look like a cheap hotel. Dark and dingy. Great restaurants and little shops. And parking is a +! Love the death star refrigerator! Great video ☺️

You know 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and 2 roommates does not work for me...lol. Them closets will not even hold my winter clothes. There is just not enough closet space in that place. I had an apartment in downtown brooklyn that took up one whole wall, and the coat closet was a whole wall as well. The bedrooms were evenly square and huge. I do miss thst place.

1) That's my old train stop growing up! That's actually still considered Bed Stuy! 2) Oh god, that was peak Fulton Street in Bed Stuy! Of course that sweet dude called up a friend in bed to talk to you! 3) You should have started your channel WAY SOONER. I think this is a lesson for all of us- START NOW.4) The apartment would be perfect for a couple or two roommates- you can space to spread out! Nice amenities!
It is more of a 2-bedroom apartment with the first room with the french doors being a living room ... But, even with a 2-bed situation, this is still less than what many people will be paying in Manhattan AND it has nice amenities. I think that the price may also be not too prohibitive for many families, and this can very much be a family's apartment. Parents' room, children's room, work/school/dining area in the central space, nice living room (you can even take off the doors as you won't need them and there will be no burnt-door-odor from the stove that way ... Love the bike room. BTW, nice use of the new camera gadget! (at least I think that's what you're putting IN the closet. ... ;) )

Fun fact, there’s only like 3 gas stations in all of manhattan! Another reason for car owners to live in Brooklyn Bronx or queens!
Gotta say this building and apartment are a pleasant surprise. Not even mad at the price for all that you get. Would be great for a two income (or, one high income) family. In my Queens building 2-bedrooms are going for just over $2700. Good one! 👍🏽

Not much amenities, but this is a pretty nice place, and the area isn't too bad. It's not what I would want, but I'd consider it in a pinch.

Fulton Street isn't Crown Heights. It may be Brooklyn Heights depending on what part of the street it is. It's quite long.

I like that each room had its own AC/Heating system. I once had roommates who always kept the heat so high bc we didn't have to pay for it, so something like this would have worked well.
Kingston Troop stop on the C line is actually Bedstuy Brooklyn.
an 8x8 room is what i had growing up. barely enough room to walk after you put even a twin bed in there. no way am i paying a grand+ to live in there. eff that mess.

I can see through the window that the 7-Eleven is across the street! That's a perk (24 hour snack access!) and a curse (24 hour creepers who hang out in front--or maybe that's just at my local 7-11) Anyway, could be worse. Looks like a great flat!
I get that the frosted doors are so the interior room gets some light, but if you seriously were going to use those rooms as bedrooms, you'd have to either be very friendly with your roommates or be late to bed/early to rise. That could be a shadow puppet show no-one needs to see!
The second bedroom is the ideal bedroom
Pretty cheap with roommates and unlike yesterday’s showing, the train is far away enough where it doesn’t feel like one has to put up with it. Nice kitchen, living space and good bedroom with a decent bathroom! Can see people signing up to want to live here. One doesn’t have to compromise with the location and amenities. Good find, Cash! 👍
This is a nice apartment. You are right if a person only has two people to this apartment. I would make one of those bedrooms a living room/study office room. I laughed when you saw a 7-11. LOL. I have a 7-11 store at the end of our block. Crazy! And I am a night owl and yes they have seen people from my building at 3am in the morning many times.
Yet another apartment with a windowless living room, definitely an apartment for three roommates and not a family. Using the bedroom with the cable hookup as a living room would probably be a good idea. That way you can leave the door open and get light into the kitchen. The rest of the apartment is nice.

Surface opinion: nice apt.
Subsurface opinion: no storage space unless you own dressers. If the apt comes with complimentary parking space park your vacuum there or rent it to pay for a cleaning service that brings their own vacuum.

Because greedy landlords cut up apts to create a pretend extra "bedroom" that would normally be a living room, in order to charge more.

Nice appliances, but they need them to make up for that bad design and layout. That's a two bedroom apartment and they took away what would've been the entrance and living room to put a kitchen along one wall. Not everyone is sharing with roommates. Some people have families. There's no where proper to hand out and relax.
