You are doing such a great service to the country by sharing your experiences and shedding light on such topics, I hope in the upcoming videos you could also suggest small and simple strategies for a check and balance system that could be easily applied, although a complete overhaul strategy is required but it would have less chance of actually coming into fruition.
Sir i am currently posted as AC Anti smuggling Quetta and looking after the same charges which discussed. Situation is still same sir. Even there is no wireless system at all now at Saryab Preventive. There are no mobile squads no funding. Structure is obsolete. Besides few more checkposts nothing has changed. Working strength is too low to guard 2240km long porous border with Afghanistan. There are only 250 people from chief collector to sepoys who guard such a big territorial jurisdiction. Half of working strength is above the age of 50. Customs is not priority of government though we are contributing 45% in national economy. Kind regards

Just want to highlight a difference in work ethics, when I make decision to purchase something on behalf of my organisation here in Australia then I am suppose to take the ownership of that payment and liaise with finance team to make sure that happens. Breaking promise is usually not an option here.
