Love that Jam compilation! I found one cheap in the wild a wile back. I play it more than their albums actually. Im a bit hit and miss with Erasure too. I think it was the Chorus album I liked when it came out. Depeche Mode were so much better. Great response for Doug. I will go check out the contest now!

Apparently, there are some interesting Swedish dialects in Finland. I remember reading a research article on pragmatic particls in the Solv dialect spoken in the village of Solf. Best of luck in the draw.

I want that first unknown album you showed. What’s slager? It sounds like something I’d like. The French song title reminds me of Swann’s Way - the overall series title. Proust. I love the cover on You and Me Both. I had the vinyl as a teen.

It was pretty much all the music heard in Eurovision Song Contest well into the 80’s I’d say. Very much, for the whole family, grandparents to kids, until the latter would discover rock music or sex and alcohol 😄
