Anyways, who did you agree with? Was Rob right? Would Obito have "lived" if he left Kakashi to die? Is Patrick right? Is it Obito's fault for going to save Rin in the first place that caused him to get hurt? Did Kakashi's message to Rin sound bad?

@@davidadee9841 yes he was , obito only " died " because he saved kakashi 😂😂
@@Anonymous-bm6mv that’s not the only reason for this death you idiot. There’s not even a guarantee that obito would’ve escaped even if he didn’t push kakashi out of the way. And what’s the reason why they’re there? For rin. And what about blaming the ninja who actually made the trap to get em killled? Does he get no blame or is it all kakashi. There are many reasons for Obitos death but it’s extremely harsh to say that it was only due to him saving kakashi, that’s just dumbing it down ridiculously
Meanwhile…
Jerry in his thoughts: “I wonder what I’ll eat for breakfast tommorow?”
the only reason this is robs perspective is because he hates Kakashi lol
rob isnt necessarily wrong but the whole mission was to save rin so he technically did die saving rin. rob is just viewing it in a negative manner because he doesnt like kakashi. either way, obito did die saving kakashi but it was all for rins sake
Plus thanks to obito kakashi lost an eye if he didn’t lose that eye obito wouldn’t have had to sacrifice himself for kakashi
Nah , he was saying how obito died literally, he pushed kakashi out of the way , if he didn’t , he would’ve been fine 😂 , that’s facts
@@Anonymous-bm6mv bro but it’s facts that kakashi lost his eye thanks to obito and thanks to that he had a blind spot kakashi was a jonin already if he didn’t have a blind spot he wouldn’t have gotten hit by that rock that made him fall to the ground and there would have been no reason for obito to help him that’s all facts go back watch it again my niggas
And at the end of the day obito never died lmaooo
thanks for spoiling it for me
@@buggydclownakawilmer302nigga who didn’t know that
Rob doesn’t let anyone talk cause he knows he’s wrong.
That's because he's always right like in the beginning. Obito didn't die trying to save Rin. He died saving Kakashi. In fact an argument could be made that Kakashi screwed that entire mission up. That incident truly shaped that character to be one of the best in the franchise.
@@ShakaZ3Dhe derails the conversation into his random Kakashi hate lol
Idk man. I kinda agree with rob. Obito RISKED his life for her, but he didnt give his life for her. They already freed her without them dying. Obito gave his life for kakashi. We all know he would've done the same for Rin. Kakashi choice of words were a little off.
Yeah, the argument was stupid. It originally was about whether what kakashi said to rin was messed up, then it turned into who did obito die for. This debate was sooo pointless.
"Already freed her" nah they were deep in and surrounded by the ops
@@jayarramos5366 that always happens with rob discussions. He changes the subject and in the end they are talking about something whole different
@@kc_h7h spitting facts like itachi would
Who cares who Obito died for, ultimately his sacrifice was to save his friends and Kakashi kinda pointed that out when he said that to Rin.
context matters bruh rob is wrong
Hell yea been waiting on this one! Much love
All I hear is yelling, idek what they're arguing about 😂
Edit: Partway in and i kinda understand it now. I agree that saving Kakashi was the direct reason for Obito's death, but he was put in that situation because he needed to save Rin in the first place. But honestly, they might’ve died anyway if obito didn't save Kakashi. From what I remember, Kakashi only won because he had the sharingan AND the chidori, I don't think Obito would’ve won with just the sharingan. Or maybe I'm just misremembering...
Rob was kinda right tho 😂😂😂😂
I'm making this comment for the people who disacknowledge Rob's point.
I do think Wellz saying that Obito died "saving both of them" had some truth to it, I also think that Pat saying that "Obito was put in a situation to die because he went to save Rin" was a good point, but I feel that Rob's point is really underrated. Most people think that Rob only views this in a negative matter only because he hates Kakashi, but that's not completely true.
If I was Rin and Kakashi told me that Obito died saving me, that would make me feel HELLA responsible for Obito's death, Rob did have a point when he said that Kakashi's words weren't appropriate to say to Rin. Obito probably would've died if it wasn't for Kakashi BUT that wasn't what Rob was arguing about, when Pat accused Rob of disacknowledging his point, Rob said, "I'M NOT DISACKNOWLEDGING ANYTHING" and that is technically true.
If you go to straight to technicalities like Rob was saying, Obito did die pushing Kakashi out the way, and if he didn't, he probably would've lived. Just because the whole point was to save Rin doesn't mean Obito necessarily died saving her, after all it wasn't his fault for why the Hidden Stone Ninja made the rocks collapse in the first place that caused him to have to push Kakashi out of the way.
Now yes if you look at it from Pat's perspective, Obito would've never died if he just decided not to go. But that doesn't mean Obito gave HIS own life for her, that wasn't why he went there.
So, in my opinion Rob was "half" right about the way Kakashi explained it to Rin.
Edit:
There were points when Rob didn't let Pat talk, but that was only when Pat didn't get what he was saying. Also Pat could've stopped the argument, but decided not to. | 3:39, 6:00, & 6:33
Regardless of who is wrong or right the bigger issue I have is the dozens and dozens of episodes ruined by Rob yelling after or during an incredible plot development.
If you watch other reactors when they saw this episode it was a quite and somber reflection of how crazy and sad the sacrifice was.
But Rob uses it as an opportunity to shoehorn in random Kakshi hate and derail the post episode discussion even before it begins.
I paid for the patreon and waited hundreds of episodes for them to react to Guy Sensi drop kick Madra, it's my favorite anime moment.
And when I finally get to the 8 gates kick, all I can hear in my headphones is Rob screaming "KASKASHI COULD NEVAAAAA!!! AARGGHHH!"
it was embarrassing.
@@ANTIStraussian What do you think about how rob is like now?
@@ShySenju when he ruins an episode he just pretends he was just trolling.
When they did a podcasts with YaBoyRoshi they asked Rob why do you think boruto is better than naruto shippuden?
And he said, "well uh they show the kids and children are the future"
Then everyone started laughing at him
@@ANTIStraussian I do agree that Rob can definitely be annoying sometimes, but I don’t understand how that’s a problem, if Rob likes Boruto then nobody has to argue about it whatsoever. Like whenever they argue with Rob, they could just ignore him whenever they want, but instead they argue and argue and argue. Everybody just makes it worse. If I dislike something, and someone doesn’t respect my opinions, then I shouldn’t have to argue with them over and over again. You understand what I mean?
@@ShySenju he actively ruins reactions.
When guy sensi finally opens 8 gates vs madra all I can hear is Rob screaming into the zoom call "Kakshi could never Ahahrhrgggg!!!!!"

Did you listen to the argument? Rob won that… it’s one of the few he did win 🤣
@@gentlemenoftheculture
How’d he win?
@@gentlemenoftheculture He's only focusing on the fact that Obito pushed Kakashi out the way and died. He's missing the reason why he was even placed in a situation to die in the first place. The objective was to save Rin and at his level he put himself in danger, especially going without Kakashi. He died because he moved Kakashi, yes BUT overall, he died while being on a mission to save Rin. Context matters, he did not win😭
@@nmckoyy Yeah, trying to save Rin put them in a dangerous situation, but Obito didn’t have to save Kakashi at all and still been able to rescued Rin, but at that moment he made a choice to risk his life for kakashi and paid for it.
This is the rare instance where Robbie is actually right.
I've seen 10 reaction channels discussions to this show they all had sad and somber breakdowns of the plot developments.
And on rttv one guy derails the whole conversation into his ax to grind about kakashi
rob is always wrong in these arguments hes just loud and thinks he won
Naw he won this one
All these discussion always end up with rob putting it to a conclusion that without context what he says is right. But the whole thing is there IS context
Rob always taking L when he argues
And obito didn’t push kakashi kakashi got hit in his blind spot and fell to the ground obito threw kakashi out the way
Same thing. He saved Kakashi
@@TheShemShow56 the point in me saying that was that the reason kakashi had that blind spot is because of obito
@@TheShemShow56 you didn’t look at my other comments and just decided to comment on this one
either way he still saved kakashi. When niggas fight your bound to get injuries. Kakashi was prepared to die just as well as obito. Obito just ended up saving him
@@Futureworld573 wt the hell Kakashi got injured in battle and obito saved him from the enemy Rob is right he saved him a second time when he threw him away from the boulder that clearly wasn’t for Rin.
😂😂😂😂
i agree with rob lol the emotional toll of survivor's guilt is fucked up to put on anyone let alone a child. why even risk them perceiving it the wrong way
😂😂😂😂😂
To be fair, none of them wrong. WELLZ IS RIGHT. he died saving both of them
Rob isn't making logic points and reacting in earnest.
He just trolls us by hating whatever Kakashi does 😂
Tomorrow shanks marineford guys.
Can't wait to see their reaction to that!! Shanks Appearance and Whitebeard's Last Words was my favorite moments from Marineford.
And if kakashi didn’t follow obito at the last minute obito would have died because the enemy was already behind obito and he wasn’t aware if kakashi said fuck rin obito would have died before even going into that cave
So technically kakashi saved obito first and just lost his life it’s just when obito saved kakashi he lost more than an eye
Rob is so delusional and always takes everything out of context(sigh)
It's rare, but i'm with Rob on this one.
nope
It’s really how you look at it. They’re both right. But what kakashi told rin, wasn’t wrong, because obito risked his life to save her.
@@somelegend8775 But when Obito "died" saving kakashi rin had already been saved and set free, the mission was to rescue her, once they did that the mission was done and they were about to leave the place when the enemy used the jutsu that made everything collapse. kakashi did not say that in a bad way i get that, but Obito didn't die saving rin. She had already been saved
@@oentusiasta9148 they got rin out of the genjutsu, but they were still in harms way being in that hideout. If Obito died while fighting the stone shinobi that captured rin, I wouldn’t see it any different than how it actually played out. Because as Pat said, it was obito’s decision to go and save rin, so they had the option to leave her behind. They abandoned their original mission to save rin, but they never had the chance to continue it because Obito “died” in the process. Like I said though, it depends on how you look at it. If you want to get technical, Obito died by pushing kakashi out the way. But what kakashi told rin was still true. Obito abandoned his mission to save rin, and he knew that he’d be risking his life by going into enemy territory to save her. I do believe the wording could have been better now that I think about it. But what kakashi “meant” was true.
Let’s not forget that before obito and kakashi went into the cave kakashi saved obito from the enemy and lost his eye and obtained a blind spot if it wasn’t for that blind spot obito would have gotten out of that cave with kakashi and rin
