This is a tea kingdom, this is a cinnamon kingdom, this is a waterfall kingdom, this is a lake kingdom, this is a beach kingdom, this is a wildlife kingdom, this is plant kingdom, this is a Buddihst temple kingdom with generous people...endless varieties....
Or you could say mixed culture of people not just Buddhist. The unity between Tamils Sinhalese and Muslims is the best part.

Just accept the fact that Sri Lankan Sinhalese, Tamils and Moors have all lived long enough on the Island to consider themselves as natives.
Give some credit - don’t get offended. SL and Buddhist temples are very interesting and unique to SL. Don’t make everything about political correctness.

With so much laughing I was wondering whether I was watching a travel video or a movie starring inspector Clouseau, inspector Dreyfuss and Mr.Bean. The Tamil village or housing scheme you saw is provided by tea plantation companies or owners as accommodations for Tamil workers in exchange for their services on the plantations. The residents do not own these houses; they merely live in them. In some areas, the plantation owners take care of the residents' basic needs, but in many cases, the living conditions are below the minimum standard.
Certain plantations provide separate facilities like medical centers, pharmacies, and schools, but ownership of these houses or the land they are on is rarely granted to the workers. Many families continue to struggle for improved living conditions and a proper mechanism to gain ownership of the land and homes they inhabit.

Upstream theirs a star class hotel
Very close to the water fall. Hunnas falls hotel. One of the very old and beautiful hotel. Many tourists,tour groups from many European countries visits regularly. Also famous hideout for honeymoon couples. Local and foreign.
You can browse through the net for more information. Most these places been patronise by the heigh spending tourists, But not the back Packers . Most these remote places have star clas hotels some regular visitors to Sri Lanka keep coming to these hotels every year for calm and quiet holidays.

How come none of the Germans in Germany aren't friendly like German tourists who come to Sri Lanka? I decided to move to Germany after meeting so many friendly german tourists when I was back home in Sri Lanka. Now I regret it.

I recently start enjoying yr Chanel again but you keep referring to sayn Europe has nothing in comparison to were you visiting. I myself love Asia as much as yous, but Europe and Ireland still has a lot of beauty .
Unfortunately we left Ireland and Europe 4 years ago for good reason, and most younger people in Europe do not like Europe anymore at all. Housing costs are sky rocketing, crime is sky rocketing, living costs have gone up exponentially. It’s a beautiful part of the world that we love and come from, but a lot needs to change there.

Enjoy the beauty of Sri Lanka but be careful with dogs when you are travelling in South Asia . We can still see 25-50 cases of Rabies every year which is a deadly viral disease spread mainly from dogs( and other mammals) in Sri Lanka. We found few foreginers develop this disease beacaue petting stray dogs which result in dog bite.

There are many more places that tourists hv nt visited yet. Those places should be visited on foot. Beautiful places where you can swim. But due to the laziness of the tourist guides, they do not go to those places
