@ got mine in about a week if not less. Had a roller wheel issue being a bit stiff. I put a drop of dry lubricant in area and it resolved. I also contacted support for a replacement if the issue returned and they replied within 3 days saying let them know with a video of the issue. So my experience has been pretty good, maybe reach out to customer service at this point. The light is nice I’m waiting on SK05 this week to decide which I’ll keep. If I like the sk05 more I’d be happy to sell and ship you my X2 :)
OK, this is the the last light I'll buy. I already have 4 since I'm kinda of a gadget and survivalist nerd. And the wuben x2 pro is so worth it. That side light is as bright as the main light and it's very practical. And the uv light is very situational, but it's good to verify bills to see if they are real. And the fact that it can also run on regular AA batteries and even just one battery is a huge plus.

But for a flashlight it’s only 50$ so I feel it’s a saving vs a 200$ nitecore or stream light purchase.
