I’m binging your content Sarah. It’s so inspiring!! And her story is so relatable with the mindset issues. It’ll be fun for you to edit together some of the people from 4 or 5 years ago to now. You have such a wonderful brand…the name of this course is perfect! 💛
Woohoo! That makes me so happy 🤗 Thank you for sharing. I’m glad you’re enjoying my videos. Cassidy’s story is so inspirational - I truly love sharing it.
This was seriously soooo encouraging! I so appreciate hearing, not just about the beginning and current situation but the in between challenges, mind set hurdles etc. As a newbie in WYWTF, I NEED to hear about the things people have overcome because I feel like I will be able to do the same. Cassidy, you are an inspiration!
I’m so glad you found this encouraging and helpful. I love sharing stories like these because you really can overcome these things! I’m rooting for you! 🤗
Its good to see Cassidy back as she was your first success story. I distinctly remember her video as it was really interesting. Five years down the line she got her success she really deserved. That's really inspiring.
One thing that keeps coming up in my neurotic mind is … what about saturation like- are there going to be so many of us soon that we can’t get a good gig?
Every single business with an online presence needs copywriters. That's everything from small Etsy shops to doctors, construction companies, beauty products, yoga studios, hair salons, online coaches, course creators, etc. A lot of businesses can't afford to hire a marketing team or even an experienced freelance copywriter with years in the biz. So even when you're first starting out, there are clients who will benefit from your writing. As you grow and gain experience, you can go after bigger clients. No matter where you are in your copywriting journey there are plenty of clients who would be happy to work with you. And you only need a few good clients to earn a great income. :)
If she cares to share, I'm super curious as to how old Cassidy was when she started copy? She mentioned having a BS/MBA so I was purposing about 25....so she'd be about 30 now??
How did Cassidy do the LinkedIn connections? What type of LinkedIn account did she use? Regular account or premium career or business???? I can't figure it out with LinkedIn. They go around in circles....
LinkedIn is a great way to find copywriting clients! You can check out this video for tips - ruclips.net/video/xKneHpPMIV0/видео.htmlsi=3GctSOONgOCV6Nqw
Thanks so much for sharing this story/ interview! I can imagine my own story playing out in similar fashion. Everyone have a great week ahead.
So glad you enjoyed it! Cassidy's story is amazing, and you can absolutely build a successful freelance career of your own!
