I'll say it once and I'll say it again. Josh can work out every day for the rest of his life and will never be good until he stretches every day and loosens up. Neither him or Fessy can sit down in a squat position which says a lot about their bodies ability to perform, neither one will ever win till they stretch and there always seems to be some yoga people in the house they could be learning from but nope it's straight to the weights.
