The Nock machines are engineered and manufactured in Germany. This series of slicers allow the meat to be sliced horizontally across the meat. Great for slicing skirt steak the full width and length of the skirt steak. This makes for a great marinated carne asada. You can also slice chicken breast horizontally which is great for chicken jerky as an example.
