Where does it go after?
The ICC line has an outfeed conveyor. After slicing it goes to either packaging or to the next step in the processor's production line.

sorry for the late reply. you add both the meat and the marinade at the same time. then turn the machine on at it does the rest.
Just look around and find the parts and make your own and save you a whole lot of money they're way over priced
I have never heard you can buy the parts and assemble those. Last time I checked, buying parts is triple fold more expensive.
