- A 4-2-3-1 tactic is one of the most popular within Football Manager and within real-life football but everyone has their own variations.
In today's video I showcase the 4-2-3-1 tactic I used in my Ipswich Rebuild after some further testing and it's safe to say it's a banger!

I have always made content throughout my professional career, however, it has always been for someone else. In May 2020 I decided that it was time to create something for myself. Football Manager has always been a game that I have loved so wanted to take this opportunity to share some of the tips and tricks that I've learnt!

Yes, that could help. But might impact the attacking patterns

hood, on the centre backs in the video, it says mark tighter but you didn’t mention it. so is mark tighter supposed to be on the centre backs?

I might be a moron, but how do you load set piece tactics?
Not at all - similar way to tactics but instead they go into the set pieces folder
@@HoodGamingUK I figured it out. I was in fact being a moron. I didn't realise the arrow on the button would give me a drop-down for save/load all
What style of play do you use?
It honestly doesn’t matter as long as you follow the other instructions

Haven’t tested it with a team that far down but I back myself 🤣🤣 let me know how it goes
still in friendlies, but I won 10-0;11-1;8-0 (against Madrid in CWC);5-0(against PSG in CWC)

Make sure you get all the players training their positions and you will be unstoppable boss

Should do, the match engine is exactly the same as PC
Literally using same formation as Bournemouth little different on roles and tactics ect but first year come 2nd (although went out both cups in 1st round I was in lmao even lost Vs Watford on penalties was terrible haha) but 2nd year I'm in top 4 in Feb, already qualified for last 16 in Europe and final in cabero (I'll prob lose it's man city final lol) but yh formation alone in great the roles I'm using Segundo velo on the 2 DMS in atk role but I'm just struggling getting my strikers to score at mo all under double figures at Feb so I'm looking at mason greenwood as I swear him in advance forward role is some sort of cheat code haha
Yeah that's pretty aggressive with the two Vols as well. I like it though. If you're Bournemouth you better be playing my boy Alex Scott!
@@HoodGamingUK I ended 2nd season made a few role changes over the year make it a bit better imo, but I finished 6th in league (could have won it but lost 2 and drew 1 of my last 3 games was so tight at top of table) I won cabero cup, lost fa cup in semi finals and save best till last . . Won big boy Europe beating Barcelona, Bayern and inter all along the way!!
I decided to go 1 cover ball playing CB, 1 ball winner 1 deep playmaker on DMS, a support striker in atk mid instead of just attacking mid role I was using, and striker is pressing striker
