As a Great Onmyoji rank and main Dodo, I think your build is not viable and here is what I learnt about Dodo.
- Her main source of damage is her passive lazer and physical attack combined. Her skills are only the tools for her to activate her passive asap.
- If you go full AP, your physical means nothing. If I build physical, with the same attack speed with AP build, my damage is tremendous with the same number of hits.
- Another cons of AP build is your damage too reliable on your skills, which very hard to hit if enemy team knows to move around, back and forth in combat. If you miss them, you’re useless for the next 5-6 sec due to your low att damage.
- Although the passive lazer is magic dam, it scales very high ratio with phys damage (20%) scaling, not AP (8%). I don’t know why people choose to scale AP on her.
That’s my advice. I think you can test it easily in game to compare the damages.

couldn't agree more. Even though the match that I used Dodo is pretty negligible but I opine that her skills are only for harass, CC and stack passive since her main source of damage is normal attack with passive activated

Very good match and explanation, thank you! I only don’t know why the enemy support ran away from you at full hp, because Enmusubi is a super scaling tank and she can totally sustain Dodo damage.

0:49 sorry,big edit mistake right there. The thing is Juzumaru's effect is from basic attack,and enemy's HP (4%). Because dodomeki's main damage is from her passive and skill,i think she doesnt need Juzumaru. Juzumaru is for shikigamis like Kubinashi,Enma,etc who use their Basic attack to do damage

Sorry but i dont play SP at all. Maybe her build is like other SP,but dont need The bell (the item that give you more healing and shield to your allies)

Heal is a big problem to deal with. We can change the Slyph's harp into marsh moon

Yea true. They made this rework to prevent players to buy the old build (full aspd but not the core item). But this rework isnt bad at all since its help her skill to do some damage,different from before
