This is the most fun deck I've played in a minute! In fact this is the first time in a while I've played after daily wins have been exhausted

Do you know if boombox puts a basic land into the graveyard, can you deadly coverup to take the rest from their library?
yes you can just tested it out on poor Sparky - removed 20 islands in one go :D and you do not have to destroy the land it is much easier to just mill it into the graveyard.
Great deck and so much fun to pilote it. I added 1 card: Arcane Bombardement -> Insane 🎉
I don’t use planeswalkers in my version. Realmbreaker and 4x Deadly Cover Up to exile all lands from their library. Leaves far few lands in play to deal with.
I also use the blue black milling man land.

Yeah but he had no idea it was an alara deck yet and went for the ramp option, tbh why would you expect it to be an alara deck when high noon is the only card you've seen and it would be a huge nombo
There’s a 0/4 artifact creature called tomb trawler that lets you put anything from graveyard onto the bottom of the deck for 2. Helps to keep blowing lands up later on 👍🏾

It hurt watching that last fellow black player flounder. He had huge Lili and Shelly moments, but he just was unlucky.
In game two you could have exiled the awakened skyclave with the territory forge because it's a land creature

Bant boombox with cosmic rebirth, restoration of eiganjo, fabrication, and enigma jewel is really fun. Dude why would they run high noon with invasion it shuts it off lol.
I'm thinking they use it to either dome opponents for 10 (by copying it with Awaken the Maelstrom on a turn where they haven't cast any other spells) or damage their Invasion of Alara.

Yeah. He caught it toward the end, but missed it like 7 turns. Probably could have ended the suffering faster.
Land destruction back in the day would get ya injured with flying dice and your deck swiped to the floor. LOL!

That's first game lol. Obviously roping is lame.....but you were playing land destruction so I kinda get it
the fact that he didn't GG that one player immediately after the Sunfall shows him to be a much better person than I. I would have shown him the entire rotation until I was close to timing out
Also I think the Izzet "all spells" deck was a 'Melek, Reforged Researcher' fling combo. Put a bunch of spells into the graveyard, cast a giant Melek and then fling it with a 'Callous Sell-Sword' or protect and attack with it. They may have even had the combo but were afraid of Leyline so they couldn't find an opening
