Hi, I'm in trouble with my printer. It's the same model. It does not print color. And when I print a test page everything looks normal but at the bottom there's no colored boxes, it shows the percentages of cartridges and they both look fine. There's no blinking lights on the machine. However, I have two error codes: 69556 and 69552. I would appreciate if you could help me. Thank you.
Hi. Seems like something is blocking the nozzles on the color cartridge. It can be a piece of tape or just dried up ink. Dry ink at nozzles can be cleaned by running under warm water or put some windex on paper towel or napkin and tap gently and wipe the nozzles.

I cleaned the nozzles first and then used warm water, after repeating the process few times, colors came back :) Unfortunately, yellow is a bit shy, it was the last color to appear after cleaning. It was fine for some time but it disappeared again. However, other colors and their variations work perfectly well. Thanks again.
Only my power light is blinking, I have no external lights except for my Buttons.
Two questions 1) how do i charge battery up when it's low. 2) can I print something off my phone on this printer? Thank you for any assistance.
Hi. To charge this printer, you need a power adapter that is for it. They are sold with the printer or seperately. To print from smart phone device, you need to connect it using bluetooth setting.

The cartridge blinks if it is low or if empty. Replace it and the problem should go away. Usually the printer can continue using the empty ink, but if it doesn't, then the ink cartridge is bad. This sometimes happens even if you install HP new cartridge. Rare, but happens. Aftermarket or refilled ink cartridges may or may not show ink levels. You Can also use this printer with one cartridge.
