@Justin Pfeifer I'm grown and this being fake is beside the point. My point was the world could use more kindness and your comment alone is even more proof of that. I hope it made u feel better though.

@Justin Pfeifer I am not trying to be offensive or rude to u, I just don't understand how his case would be considered premeditated or murder. My comment was direct towards his personality and way of thinking. Not so much what he did or allowed done to himself. Also I was being sincere in wishing u well, not sarcastically. I do respect your opinions though and hope u haven't taken offense to mine, it wasn't intended.

@@justinpfeifer3705 Leaving aside that it has been established that the interventions were voluntary and prolonged the subject's life, you haven't even established that they killed him, much less that they premeditated killing him with malice aforethought. Your outburst doesn't rise to the level of error, it is simply incoherent.

Less well-known than Stephen Hawking, but arguably as pioneering, given his debilitating medical condition. Dr Peter Scott-Morgan should have been honoured (with a knighthood, CBE or MBE) for his great work and hugely positive attitude. We salute you Dr. Scott-Morgan. 👏🏾👏🏾

The title was very misleading. He didn't do this to live longer or to seek immortality and elevate human consciousness via AI, it was to figure out how to better serve people with debilitating illnesses to extend their life a couple of years and to help them in their suffering. His reasoning was, death was upon him anyway, why not use what little time he had to help others.
A lot of people in the comment section assumed he was trying to play the role of God and wanted to seek immortality, which isn't the case at all.

Many people don’t believe there’s life after death, so they don’t want to cross that finish line to eternal non-existence any sooner than they have to. Plus, it probably brought them a lot of comfort to feel like they had some control/agency over what was happening to him.
Then there’s the fact the declining state you’re in for several years where you lose function of every part of your body, a slow and torturous demise. There’s many people with the same condition who want the right to euthanasia to not have to go through that prolonged suffering, so I imagine this man knew exactly what living hell awaited him after diagnosis.
Which mean even if what he did to himself seems horrifying from our perspective, the alternative he’d have faced if he didn’t try it may have still been the worse option, motivating his decision.

@@chatita9527 It's thoughts like yours that will end humanity. The path to Hell is always paved with good intentions. Attempting to replace the biological with the technological, in order to maintain what should already be dead, never leads to a good outcome in the long run. If humans weren't so afraid of death and were more accepting of things that happen instead of always trying to cheat biology, the species could last a lot longer than it's going to. The fear of death and the inability to accept biological reality will be your undoing as a species. Good luck.

He has the same disease Stephen Hawking had. Could we argue that Stephen Hawking was a cyborg too?

I was turned into a cyborg when I was younger, if I didnt get cloned anyway. Had I known that my life would be shhh, I wouldve ended it at eleven, when the mk ultra became apparent.

Mr. Morgan is an excellent example of someone that is afraid to die! I wonder if he believed in God? Death is a part of life and we are all going to have to embrace it one day. 😇🤲

Godspeed PSM am not in full agreement about calling himself a cyborg as he is still human and a victim of an interior species when you say "Human Cyborg" I think Terminator 1, 2, and 3. THEY ARE CYBORGS' Manufactured superiority.

Repent and turn away from sins. Jesus Christ is coming back to earth. Read your holy Bible and ask God for wisdom.
