Just ordered two. It’s now easier to buy a hilt and modify it to your liking than it is to build a hilt from scratch. I was intending to build my own lightsaber 100% from scratch, but it’s not economically viable. I’m going to make mine beautiful with proffie and neopixel. I’m doing all my own electronics and making my own neopixel blades.
Great video? Can I charge the saber only via USB on a PC or with USB and a wall socket? If yes, can I do it at all in Europe with the higher voltage? And is there a possiblity to attach a belt clip to the saber?
Not through the saber itself, you could probably go through the audio files when you connect it to a PC/laptop & see if it would work that way but I haven't tried it
@@spectreskywalker274 ohhhhhh I get ya. I only have the flyte version which is the complete package. The stunt I imagine would be just the same, just without any of the sound files
Apologies for the late reply. I'm pretty certain the blinking light indicates the battery life. I had been using it a lot before recording, but the light is permanently on with a full battery
Apologies for the late reply. I'd say the blade is sturdy enough to duel with, just as long as you don't go full force with it. I reckon it would be worthy
Unfortunately I'm a little basic when it comes to using it. I can only really do the very basic spin that you see throughout the vid. However I can say it's very easy to use, the hilt is designed in a way that makes it easy to grip & spin with
It’s kina heavy on the front end, and the back of the shrouds cuts into your hand if you choke up on it. It’s not the most comfortable saber, but it’s more than solid. The thing is a rock even when swinging it like a baseball bat.
Lucky! They already sold out. Hopefully they restock this version soon. I do own the original FLYTE saber and you can swap out the soundbanks as long as you configure the new one like the previous one. You can also change the blade profile colors as well. Like every other saber on the market, you should always back up the saber to your computer, in case you make a mistake.
sup Can you tell me the distance between the two screws of the ignition party , and the gap between the power buton and the charging port i have some spare electronics , and i wonder if i drill the charging port if can fit them thx
Yes. This thing has miles of internal real estate for mounting CFX, proffie, tri-cree, dual switches, etc. I did away with the USB port and put a second switch in right on top of the proffie, and there was enough room to put a protection circuit for my 26650(btw that fits too) right behind the proffie with tons of access to the USB and SD card.
Nice to see your Nerdgasms lol specially when you laughed at this is volume 3, that evil excited kid look lol. Kylo Ren was my fav setting. But can u use it in a simulated battle??
Thx man was having trouble deciding on a lightsaber and this review helped
Glad I could be of service, enjoy ✌
Just ordered one! Thanks for the very thorough review!!

Hey, super helpful video. This is my favorite hilt, only the fully installed flyte version has those features right?
Sick review man. Cool lightsaber
Thank you very much, appreciate it 👍

Only success I've had charging it was USB via PC. I'd definitely say it's possible to put on a belt clip yes
@@loggers1092 Thanks!
can you turn off the quips and stuff?

@@loggers1092 gotcha, this is going to be my first saber so im kind of new to this stuff. thanks.
What about the stunt version, is it good as well?
I wasn't aware there was a stunt version
@@loggers1092 There is empty, stunt, and flyte.

The stunt version doesn't have any sound or effects
I noticed the switch kept on blinking. Does it always do that?

Yeah, I've seen RUclips videos showing the process. I just haven't got round to figuring it out yet. I'm sure I will at some point

Yes mate, ya can use it for dueling. Blade is solid & sturdy enough to have a few epic battles

Keep It Up👊🏽💯💪🏽
This is epic
Now I just need a reason to get one
Can you mute it
You can, yes. The volume is controlled by double tapping the power button. It has mute & 3 varying levels of sound
