I applied I485 based on grant of asylum in December 2019.My case status is :As of July 17, 2020, fingerprints relating to your Form I-485 have been applied to your case. until 12/25/2020 is still no answer.

Are processing times calculated from the time uscis receives your application or from the time they notify you that your application is now being processed? I'm asking because I applied back in December 2019...I received a notification of receipt, same for the fingerprints in January 2020. And then received a notice informing that my case is now being processed in July 2021.
