Police officers and judges swear an oath to defend the constitution of the USA and I think in almost all states, the state constitution as well. All the constitutions that I've seen talk about upholding the people's inalienable rights, one of which is the freedom to travel. So when these cops and judges start accusing us of breaking corporate gov't policy where there is no actual victim, which policies infringe on our inalienable rights, then the cops and judges are caught in a bad place if they have to face up to their oaths.
I just won a no DL, no insurance, no registration case in court in Woodbury, Minnesota. I explained all this to the officer, she knew about it too prior to me being pulled over. She hauled me to jail. But then never showed up in court and the prosecuting attorney dismissed the case. Now, they have a civil lawsuit going against them for violating my rights. I am in the process of filing a U.S.C 42 1983
Most DMVs have a Surrender of License Form that needs to be submitted. Send that Form to your state Secretary of State along with your Driver License and Certificate of Title and tell them you are exiting from the Federal Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Act. Those laws don’t apply to you because you are not operating in commerce for fare, profit or fee. You are traveling in a private capacity in a private owned auto. States can only regulate commerce.

Even when your not in a contract with them, they tell you you must get a driver's license. They "revoke" your driver's license when you never even had one to begin with. I used my Passport for identification. And to get my truck back. I had to register it to get my truck out. And in a week it cost me $847.50. And American state nationals. We're on the private side. And by forced, they made me register my vehicle. In left me standing 15 Miles away from home and said. You can walk that the roads are the states and they're not therefore the public to use. If this was practically true aside from the obvious monstrous logical side to it, the roads would be chaos. Take a look at what "in this state" means under virtually any States' statutes. It's not what people think it is. "In this state" is so limited in it's scope, it's unreal.

I bought a black laws dictionary which is the dictionary they use in the court system. Most traffic violations start with the word "Traffic" which means commercial use, dealing with trade etc.

That is a separation of powers issue. All legislative power is vested on the legislative branch, so when a judge creates a ruling and calls it law, that would be unconstitutional. My litigation is focused on removing everything that is not valid and that has altered the fundamental rights and principles of the people and putting back at the foundation the Constitution, where it belongs.

@ I understand and we are going to meet in the middle, but my course of attack is to remove the unconstitutional laws, which will automatically void all the contracts that were created by relying on the law deemed unconstitutional. This is how I can litigate a massive number of cases at the same time. I’m not saying that your approach is wrong, I’m just saying that a more effective use of my time is not applied case by case, rather through a single civil action with as many petitioners organized into a single procedural situation.

Even when your not in a contract with them, they tell you you must get a driver's license. They "revoke" your driver's license when you never even had one to begin with. Then they say your driving under a suspended license, when you never had one in the first place. They ignore the Constitution. They ignore everything you bring in for your defense. They told me I wasn't allowed to talk about any laws, rules, or statutes. Just say what happened only, that's it. I told them I'm traveling in my private capacity. Judge says it doesn't matter. I'm guilty and I'll pay. Wouldn't even tell me how long I had to go to appellate court. He said he cannot give legal advice. How damn stupid. Or mean and rude. Most of them tell you how many days you have to appeal. I hate this messed up de facto system.

There are only two kinds of criminal court, common law and Admiralty. The Constitution says that common law will be the Supreme Law of the Land. In civil litigations, there must be someone bringing a claim against you. A complaint for a civil traffic violation is not enough. Notice how no plaintiff is present in traffic court? No claims are being brought against you? Traffic tickets are bills of attainder. Which is prohibited by the Constitution. Even the tenth amendment doesn't give the states the right to hand out traffic tickets. The states cannot go against the Constitution.

If this was practically true aside from the obvious monstrous logical side to it, the roads would be chaos. Order is at least, relative with awareness, and not a-lot of people know how to even be competent enough in court to even stand on this.
