Masasa Mbangeni stars in latest local action thriller ‘Heart of the Hunter’

South Africa’s latest global release ‘Heart of the Hunter’ is a spy action thriller, based on Deon Meyer’s acclaimed 2002 novel with the same name. The film follows an unassuming family man who has moved on from the underworld of undercover spy work but finds himself having to return one last time as his family's life and the future of his country depends on him. The star-studded features Bonko Khoza, Sisanda Henna, Connie Ferguson, Tim Theron and Masasa Mbangeni. The film is directed by Mandla Dube, while Meyer serves as co-writer and executive producer.
