She has been our little sidekick on every adventure, but with baby #2 on the way we decided it was time to go on a relaxing "babymoon" together! i know this trip is already a few weeks old but i really hope you guys stayed healthy. cruise ships are usually covid hotspots and it spreads throughout the entire ship in no time since nobody can leave.

Thankfully we all stayed healthy! Even though everyone had to show COVID vaccination or a negative test before boarding, we know there was a chance for an outbreak to happen.
My brother-in-law and his wife just spent two weeks on a small cruise ship around the Norwegian fjords and on the day he got off the ship at the end he came down with Covid. Probably been incubating it for several days prior.
We LOVE cruising. But would be frightened with little kids. So we have to wait another few years until we get back into cruising. We have been all over Europe and the Caribbean with ships. Enjoy your kids free time ❤

You can actually order more than 1 of any dish at the seated dining on MSC breakfast, lunch & dinner. So your waiter just did not want the bother if you didn't already know it seems. We always cruise MSC.

It´s not a boot, it´s a ship ))) and not a room, it´s a cabin. I have only traveled by ship in recent years. You simply have your hotel with you and you are in a new city every day or every other day and see a lot. A beautiful way to travel. I especially like the sea. The sunsets on the sea. Or starry nights with a full moon
To me, whose previous experience of sea travel was the cross-channel ferry between Belgium and England, that cruise ship doesn't seem like a ship at all, but a floating hotel like Las Vegas with water.
Right, boats cruise on the lakes. Salties are called ships. But there was this series on US tv: "Love Boat". After which the German series "Traumschiff" was patterned. So it is understandable they refer to it as a boat.
Having been on some cruises with Cunard there it is called a "state room". Sounds a little more posh. Cabins are for ferries and freighters.
It really is a beautiful way to travel! Ahh our favorite was looking out at the sea in the morning and night too! ☺️
There are no greater environmental sins than cruises. Too bad you don't pay attention to your Co2 footprint.

I always refused being on a cruise ship. Not for economical reasons only but I am sure I would feel like being in a cage even with huge amount of activities you can do on board. The cabin looked great way better to those on an overnight ferry to Norway. Well, its for one night only. Enjoy your trip, take your time of and hopefully we will get donated with some seconds of Karaoke Risa. Stay safe, stay healthy and enjoy much.

The ship is really big and offers lots of fun and space for all kinds of activities suitable for all age groups, I like that parents and children can also do things separately, have fun independently of each other. It's nice that you use the time and the opportunity to do something just for two, that has to be the case. Enjoy your time 🤠

I find that these Mediterranean cruises the boat almost doesn't matter. We got back. We were pretty tired. We didn't want to eat on the boat when you're in. Idli or France. So from that perspective , the boat really didn't matter within reason of course

Haha definitely not millionaires 😅. for how much we have traveled this year, it might seem that way! We really try to make the most of our vacation days, paid holidays, and weekends to make our trips work. RUclips helps compensate for our travels as well since we document our experiences! And believe it or not, Tanner only gets 3 weeks paid time off for the whole year! 😳 Less than almost all Europeans! He has been fortunate to receive a few extra days this last year as a work bonus and he also earns some compensation hours here and there that all add up for us to be able to make the trips happen :)
Next time take a cruise with mein schiff TUI there is everything inclusive

Not true!
On "mein schiff" you have to pay extra for some restaurants /dishes, sports, activities like painting, cooking and so on.
There are hidden costs everywhere!
I can tell from my own experience.

We got off the Grandiosa the day you boarded!! We take our daughter, she loves kids club and never wants to leave.
We ordered multiple meals at MDR and weren't told no. Loved most of the food 😋😋

We definitely realized that on this trip! Living abroad has made it much harder for us to find time away from Willa, but we know it’s worth that one on one time 💗😊 And yes, Willa absolutely loved time with Grandma!

Can you pay in euros on board?
We never had to because we paid everything in advance, so we aren’t sure about this question! We would assume so though since it was a European cruise. They charge everything to your room card & then you pay for it at the end with a credit card. 😊
Not a fan of crioce ships they use a lotbof energy just sitting the habor and they use a lot of fuel for fast tourisim hoppinh off hopping back on its lame and not inviormentaly friendly at all
You should maybe work on your English, but definitely work on your patronizing mindset! Who cares what YOU think and are a fan of? Who needs to know?
