These clutches have weak Hubs, sandwiched in between the friction disks there is base metal that fractures off and lodges in the hub, setting codes, I have replaced 8 or more of clutches with this exact failure and typically 300-500K

I drive mine vocational, tractor-trailer end dump. My clutch has to be replaced every 150,000 but I think that’s a programming problem
