    Do you only eat two meals a day? Snacks?

      We do intermittend fasting, so we skip breakfast almost everyday. In our eating window which is from lunch to dinner we also have snacks like fruits, protein shake, lentil crackers etc. Maybe we‘ll do an entire video of healthy snack options at some point. ☺️
