Sylvains one of my favorites. I always liked Sain in fe7 so the charmers were one of my favorite archetypes. Though I think that the Sylvains development and dark side with crest is really interesting than others of his archetype.
My opinion on Sylvain completely flipped when I played Blue Lions. I went from finding him kind of annoying to absolutely adoring him. I want him to be happy and safe XD
He has the same face as Female Byleth. I don't think Ignatz looks especially masculine, but Yuri definitely looks more feminine than him so it's very funny that he's the one she didn't think was a girl lol
I like how she said she’d marry Ferdinand cause he isn’t very talkative meanwhile Ferdinand spends like 10 minutes telling you about the noble houses of the empire
I mean, Ferdinand is a good choice. A rich house and a husband who is well mannered, kind and confidant is himself? I think his good qualities outweigh his shortcomings.
It's crazy how his mom, who isn't even aware of the game or franchise, is generally able to detect the characters' personalities just by their appearance.

The fact ur mom could so easily pick up on a lot of theses character's personalities and backstories is really a testament to how great these designs are
It must be an Asian thing because in anime the characters always talk about "a certain look in his/her eyes" while westerners pay more attention to faces & body language. Or at least in my experience.

She looks HELLA culty/freaky in that shot. He should have shown the post time versions of Rhea, Edelgard, and Dimitri when he was talking about the villains of the game because they are kinda villains depending on what house you chose.

Take a shot everytime she asks if a character is really a student. Granted, I was surprised as well to learn they're all students. I haven't played 3H but I'm assuming the school is more of a soldier academy than a typical high school media is so fond of using as a main setting.
Yeah its like a medieval military academy with the median age of 17-18. Theres no hard rule on ages though with the youngest students at 15 and the oldest at 22 (older than the main character lol)
These videos are honestly a neat exercise in artists conveying a character on looks alone. She clues into all the hints about each character's personalities well.
This was very surprising, seeing as she was able to guess a lot of the characters' personality just from their looks really tells how great the designs are. Very good video, thanks for it.
Outside of a few big mistakes, like with Sylvain and Gilbert, she got these characters surprisingly correct. Maybe with alot of 'vague' wordings, but the fact that at first glance she was able to get a rough but correct initial prediction of these characters really shows how well the artists conveyed the personality into the character aesthetic.

So sweet. Very accurately perceptive too, wow! Woo!!! Seteth *is* prince quality. 😍 Ferdie *is* kind and gentle, but he won't shut up. 😅 Just reminds me of him eating with Edie and Hubert, or his supports with Lin. Poor boi. But he's among my top husbandos, so I'm happy he made a good impression.
If you just assume any rating that starts with "3" and then assume the decimal point after the 3 is out of 10, her ratings are pretty accurate. Anything above 3 is just different levels of emphatic reactions to 10s.
