Because there is a bar between ليس and فكرة so you can masculine the verb or fiminine it...look at this example أكل الطعام فاطمة - أكلت الطعام فاطمة Both are correct

Salaamu alaikum. Isn't there a better translation of علي الإطلاق. For example absolutely or no doubt. You translated as not at all. I think this is not the best meaning
