If you come to the er they fix it but if you have a chronic issue like dialysis, you’ll have to come to the er 3 times a week, spend 8 hrs in the waiting room, 4 hrs doing dialysis, rinse and repeat.
You can’t do dialysis at home because it’s expensive . This youtuber doesn’t shit about healthcare so he shouldn’t be talking like he does. So many people die because they can’t afford medications, what you go to a pharmacy you think they’ll give it to you for free??

Why's it risky? Think about what people do when weed gets legalized. They have their fun with the dispensaries, then they invest in their own weed garden. Weed is very expensive until you start growing your own properly. Something about the weed market will have to change about weed being so damn expensive compared to the hassle of gardening your own before businesses start making a reliable wad of cash.

I was the top student, was going to get into Google, Microsoft, HP, Xerox, like my classmates did, but shit happened, so I graduated my elie university and said fuck it, I'm going to China. In China I built up a training center by myself. Somebody didn't like how young I was and getting more customers than them so they called the cops on me. The other expats also hated me for some reason, losers working for shit schools, while I'm living in luxury and enjoying my freedom. They want me to disappear? Fine, in 2015 I left all my customers and motorcycles and business behind and went to live in the jungle. Depressed and without anything in life, can't go out to restaurants anymore, no more girls, no more travel or money, no more motorcycles in the garage. Shkreli is an inspiration to climb back out of this. Maybe my transparency is what people hate, they say I'm stubborn. I do exactly what they say, ruining my own life, and they still say I'm stubborn and do only what I want. I often ask for advice and reveal all my vulnerabilities. Other people are so secretive, analyzing, formulating a worldview, all solo, all without discussing it with anyone else. I thought you can talk about how you view the world and what's the real truth with other people. I thought it's OK to ask for advice how to get more customers when you're already doing better than everyone else. I'm realizing that we live in a secretive society, and if you deviate from the norm, if you do something extreme, if you're honest and transparent, people will hate you. And other people are so social, they just want to fit in and hide all their flaws and weaknesses and talk about shallow stuff. Expats want to get drunk on Friday night instead of discussing how to best live life in the current political and economic climate in China or Indonesia or Thailand.
