14 months already!! Growing up to fast. I really like the seat, I don't have one, but my baby is 8 months and this may be a good investment since it can go both ways. What stroller do you use? You take her out the car seat to put her in a stroller?
Hey girl! Way too fast!! 😆 Haha your little is 8 months already?!? It’s definitely nice to know that you can get the nuna rava as early as you want. And the weight limit on it is quite high compared to other seats on the market. So they can be in this one for a good long while! We have the nuna mixx stroller so with the nuna pipa car seat (the infant car seat we had) it just snapped off and had an attachment to pop it right on the stroller. I’m still using the nuna mixx stroller these days but yup, now I have to take her out her seat and put her in the stroller. Usually it’s not bad at all, it’s just if she falls asleep 😩 that I hate to wake her up when we get anywhere LOL
Great video! I feel you on the video versions. 🤦🏾♀️I did one when I installed Monica's Graco seat and never edited it😅.... I was so exhausted afterwards. I didn't want to relive the footage🤣 We kept her rear facing until she was 2. I agree, we would have kept her rear facing longer but she's 39 inches tall and looked soooooo uncomfortable in her seat. She outgrew her infant seat quickly too! I love the added peace of mind of the seats with steel frames/reinforcement.

Also, I know this video is older, but I wanted to say that I think you’re supposed to keep the crotch buckle through the second hole for all rear facing children. But, I’m not 100% sure! I just thought maybe you’d want to look into it. Anyways, so glad I found your channel!
Hi, Gabrielle! How do you feel about this car seat 5 months in? I’ve spent about 27283527181 hours researching the safest and best. Thinking abt the this, britax bc of anti rebound, clec, Nuna exec, or Chicco cleartex. I’m tired. Please hellllp!😂
Omg! I so feel you! Doing all the research for the safest baby things can def leave your head spinning! I can’t speak to the other options but I absolutely love this car seat and feel comfortable in my daughter’s safety in it. We’ve used it for so many long road trips and have one in both cars. We’ve put it in rental suvs and vans for some of the longer travel trips and the install has been so easy. It fits fine in my little Mazda 3 and in my partner’s larger sedan. Ultimately I chose the rava for its safety features and the fact that it was non-toxic/free of flame retardant. And I can safely say I’m happy I splurged. The nuna exec was also on my list when I was researching but I just couldn’t justify the extra price point for us when it seemed the booster seat part would be soo far down the line that she’d need it. Hope this helps and that you get an option you feel the most comfortable with 🤗

Will that fit a newborn?
It will! It’s a convertible carseat. The inserts that are provided will allow you to use it from newborn up through toddler-hood!
