I just got the newer Low Slung Baggy jeans, love them, though on me, they aren’t really low slung. Maybe I have a shorter torso than average. The quality is great, the fit is very flattering…but the one thing that annoys me about Madewell jeans is that my size is always different depending on the cut. I don’t always feel like trying things on, and would love it if the sizes were more consistent.

Hi ! Did you end up keeping them ? I bought it in size 28 which is ok but 2 things, 1st they do make the butt look flatter (and it's not like I have a big behind to begin with), 2nd they are super long I'm 5'3. They are light though and I got them on sale $70 so I'm still debating.

Also give a little more room in the hips

You can definitely do better than those. I like high rise but they are too high. Maybe sizing down.

I have to agree with you. The back seemed to come up really high.
