I can't find any information on Pat Terry, I found a couple of records by him on other labels, but that's it. Sid Feller, who is conducting the orchestra here is a bit more known, he was a trumpet player and orchestra leader who was known for his 30-year partnership with Ray Charles. He was also in-house arranger for Capital and later ABC Paramount, and worked with the likes of Peggy Lee, Mel Torme, and Paul Anka. The label this record is on, Derby, was founded in 1949, and was where Jaye P. Morgan released her debut single in 1950, the label went out of business in 1954. I can't verify an exact recording or release date for this record, but based on catalog numbers around this record, I believe it is from 1952. If anybody has any more information on this record or the artists feel free to leave it in the comments. Transferred from 78-rpm Derby 813. The flip side "Did I Remember" can also be heard on my channel here: • 1952 Pat Terry - Did I...
