I regularly watch fps streamers (Summit1g, Shroud, etc.) and I’ve always wondered how well they would do in Tribes. Tribes players are just on another level, a whole different playing field. Enjoyed the vid, miss playing Tribes, good to see they are releasing a 3rd game.
Shroud played T:A, so he would probably pick T3 up quickly. The aiming is pretty different, though, and doesn't translate to and from other FPS games very well.

I know that feeling. I have a tendency to remember the names of players who kick my ass and end up with 20-30 kills each match. Then I watched comp matches and realised I was up against pro veterans of the game. Makes me feel better knowing I was losing to the best.
yeah, makes sense. We're just used to other more mainstream FPSs with a larger player base and when someone is absolutely destroying the whole lobby you always kinda wonder :D. Thanks again, this video alone got several other friends to want to play the game!@@AFireInAsa
I'm still a bit on the fence about the projectile speed and hitboxes, but these kinds of plays where you're outdueling someone with consecutive direct hits and then land a long range plate as well is pretty badass. It's nice to be able to actually get some of those fast/long range hits when in T:A these were practically impossible outside of the montages.
Omg I just started playing tribes after 10+ years and I swear my first 5 matches I was playing against you. I was like “how is this guy so good? He must be hacking or some shit”. And now YT recommends this video… 😂😂😂

I always watch it before I play, to remind me of trajectories, angles, projectile lead times, and other assorted excuses to justify my own lack of good aim 😬 The tune is a banger though, so that is my excuse. Too busy listening to the music to aim my shots 🙃 Yeah, lets go with that one 🤪
I think it was because I was running the Chaser perk and the enemy took our flag. It was possible to use this perk with Medium in this build. It's weird that it looks like it happens on the return, too, which I don't remember happening, but I never paid attention to it.
You can clearly see that before each shot he engages an aimbot. You can tell by the sus looking flick of his aim. Someone should inspect this guy's aimbot software scripts, probably under an MRI machines.
impressive intutuion on your shots ! Since you seem to be playing pugs, I'd love a montage more oriented toward "plays" rather than "shots" highlighting

It's just clickbait. The tournament had about 500 people though.
To be fair the tournament had a lot of vets who understand the game in the tournament. It was a highly skilled pretty well balanced tournament.
