Here's a delicious Kunafa Pistachio Barfi recipe that combines the crispy texture of kunafa with the rich, nutty flavor of pistachio barfi.

Kunfa Pistachio Barfi recipe:
Ingredients:
For the Kunafa Layer:
200g kataifi (kunafa) pastry, shredded
3 tbsp melted butter or ghee
2 tbsp sugar
½ tsp rose water or cardamom powder
For the Pistachio Barfi Layer:
1 cup pistachios, finely ground
1 Cup Cashews,finely ground
1 Cup Coconut,finely ground
½ cup condensed milk
2 tbsp ghee
½ tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp chopped pistachios (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Kunafa Layer:
In a bowl, mix the shredded kunafa in fry pan with Butter or Ghee for 5 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Add ground pistachios, Cashews nuts ,Coconut, condensed milk, and milk powder.
Cook on low heat while stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
4. Assemble the Barfi:
Grease a tray and spread kunafa pistachio Barfi mixture at the bottom.
Garnish with chopped pistachios and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
5. Serve & Enjoy!
Cut into squares or bars and serve chilled.
