I just bought the Dictator myself. I like it a lot it's super fun and i enjoy the futuristic aesthetic of it as well. btw the flip-mag also functions as a way to load the back magazine while using the front one so you can easily reload your blaster in the heat of battle.
I'd probably pick this up because I don't have a Conquest, and I really dig the aesthetics of this blaster and feel it's a more refined version of the Conquest; the Conquest is still a sweet blaster though
I own a Nexus Pro, a Max Dictator and a Max Striker. Straight stock, I believe the Dictator is the best of the three. Here are my FPS averages for all three using my chronograph: Ave. Low. High Striker = 141.57. 125.65. 155.51 Nexus = 150.53. 142.27. 157.2 Dictator = 165.79. 158.14. 168.68
Waiting for the Reviews for this before buying one. After seeing the issues with the Deuce and the MK 1.2 I am hesitant to just run out and get a DZ Blaster.
I just saw conquest pro's at walmart for $19!! Clearanced as of sept 6,2022. Such a deal! But I totally love the dictator, just not the name. Where do they come up with these names?,lol.
I prefer the Dictator over the Conquest. It looks cooler IMO. It has a stock + holds more darts. It's more expensive but I'd likely spend even more cash just to upgrade my Conquest to be more like the Dictator anyways.
I think they did 2 seperate connected mags instead of one single long mag because nerf stick mags actually need a pretty substantial amount of extra space for the spring the higher the capacity because the spring can't be too strong or the foam darts will have trouble holding in and jam more. (thats why a good 1/4~1/3 of a 29 round tachi mag is just space for spring compression)
I do have a Conquest, thanks to XFoxGames, but this one just looks way better! I think the Conquest is one of the best blasters out there, so this has big shoes to fill. Man you are not having luck with new pro blasters… at least this just had a piece of plastic in it. Did you get a New Mk3 yet? I would like this, just depends if I can get it!
I did contact Dart Zone, they suggested I get a full replacement through Target. Unfortunately it has been out of stock, so I'm currently playing the waiting game! When it comes back, I should be able to get the replacement! I'll be sure to update when I get the new one in!

I think I will stick with my conquest for now, smaller package is better for CQB.

Im picking mine up this week. I like them both but need a conquest for the Adventure force set, and the dictator for my max set.

Good point!
That's most likely the reason but one cool side affect is that the open ended mag means you could scavenge darts if need be.
@@Judge_Jon does dictator's magazine allows to top load darts without squeezing too much and damaging them ?

If you don't connect the 2 Dictator magazines, will they work in other DZ blasters then?
The system is only incompatible with the Conquest, even if they're connected they work with pretty much everything else!
